I've never asked a question they can't handle, and they are very communicative. Biff recently submitted to the company a change request on my behalf and called me the next day to inform me the regional office had made a small mistake on it, that he's corrected it, and to ignore any incorrect document that was being mailed to me. (I know the error was not his as we completed the necessary form together.) Had he not called I would have freaked out a little.
