Just giving it four stars because I had a hiccup with communication on both sides that's been taken care of and resolved and we're back on track thank you BestBuy Walk-in Tubs for your service. My husband noticed an etched spot on our beautiful new bathroom counter top (a polished petrified wood) in the guest bathroom. We could not figure out what had happened to mar the surface. I called Bart at Dura-Mar (they installed all of the beautiful counters in our new home), who came over and determined that someone had spilled a soda on it. He had to completely grind down and re-polish the surface (took about 3 hours). It was as good as new--and he did it for no charge! His workmanship is impeccable. If you are looking for unique, distinct counters for you home you need to check them out!

If there's a minimum spend or desired clientele, then that should be listed on the website. And your consultants should probably not be in the habit of assuming budgets without actually asking.

Every other contractor, many of the high end designers in Southlake area, priced the cabinets for my kitchen remodel between $20k-$40k. The quote I got back from this place was $89k!?!?! Just for kitchen cabinets! The entire remodel was going to be $200k+ whereas I've signed with someone else for half that price. I recommend going to the showroom, get some ideas then get your pricing from someone else. I definitely don't need kitchen cabinets that cost $89k, even if they will last through an atomic war! :)
