Their hours are not consistent and they are often out of product. I have tried multiple times to buy 1 product. They are either not open during regular hours or they are out of the product. Just giving it four stars because I had a hiccup with communication on both sides that's been taken care of and resolved and we're back on track thank you BestBuy Walk-in Tubs for your service. If there's a minimum spend or desired clientele, then that should be listed on the website. And your consultants should probably not be in the habit of assuming budgets without actually asking.

Every other contractor, many of the high end designers in Southlake area, priced the cabinets for my kitchen remodel between $20k-$40k. The quote I got back from this place was $89k!?!?! Just for kitchen cabinets! The entire remodel was going to be $200k+ whereas I've signed with someone else for half that price. I recommend going to the showroom, get some ideas then get your pricing from someone else. I definitely don't need kitchen cabinets that cost $89k, even if they will last through an atomic war! :)
