He and his firm may have artificial turf installation experience and might be good at that, but their knowledge and ability to do a putting green is very limited, maybe non-existent. The project quote and upfront process/experience was good, but the actual implementation was terrible. Cesped quoted a three-day installation process, and it took them 7 days. The green was installed in three pieces of turf with two major seams running cross the green, with exposed nails or nail holes, all of which affected the roll of the ball. It also appears that one of three green installed pieces had the grain running the oppose direction of the other two pieces. The green had numerous lumps and ridges which you would not find on a putting green. One hole was completely unusable due to the dramatic slope of the green and the hole position. The second hole installed was below the surface of the green so any ball within 2 inches of the hole fell toward and into the hole (geat for scoring, but not from putting practice). The fringe around the green was stapled on top of the putting green surface. I hired a different firm to pull Cesped's green out, redo the base surface and install a new green. They did it in one piece (no seams, no nail holes) and the team was very professional and experienced. The fringe was installed abutted to the green as you find on all professional installations of real or artificial turf. The firm I hired to fixed Cesped poor installation was Synthetic Grass Pros. They did an excellent job and I would hire them again. DO NOT USE CESPED, CSPD OR FLAVIO SANCHEZ TO INSTALL A PUTTING GREEN AT YOUR LOCATION.

They do not return phone calls or warranty their work. We found out they canceled their ACH payment to the company they got our turf from after they picked it up. Therefore, we have no manufacturer's warranty on the turf, because they never used the money we paid them to pay for the turf. This company is very dishonest!
