Lakeside Mediation is my go-to mediation center. They are simply the best of the best in Austin, and, in my opinion, in Texas. While I have used and enjoyed several of the mediators there, Greg Bourgeois is my favorite mediator. Had a little trouble finding the office (you must go through the outdoor dining area of Mozart's to get there), but once I did, I was pleased with the service. I was immediately greeted by Greg Borgeois, who offered me a beverage and saw me to my mediation room. The facility offered plenty of amenities and space for multiple parties and was comfortable. Greg didn't waste any time getting to work (which I appreciated, and I'm sure my client did too). This was my first time in meditation for a dispute. I was delighted with the process. Greg was helpful, encouraging, and very skillful. Within a few hours, we had resolved the matter, and I was very pleased with the outcome. The staff is friendly, and the office is very relaxed. I did meet the representatives of the other party, but the negotiation is done in separate rooms. The mediator moves between the rooms and holds discussions with each side.
