That's my only issue. I could understand if you didn't bank here, and they charged you a fee to transfer money, or cash your check, etc. but when you bank here- you should feel appreciated and feel like there is some type of benefit for your service. It's not the employees fault, they are just following rules but it does get aggravating when I check my account and see fee's left and right.

When I went in to have the issue resolved the VP Damond T Crooks told me I didn't know how mobile banking worked, and refused to comprehend what I was telling him and treated me like I was stupid and pushed me out of the door I will definitely be closing my account here and banking elsewhere

While other banks embrace new tech, Lakestone has taken up the unfortunate position to fight progress. If Jamie Diamon from Chase can speak out against Cryptocurrency while Chase stills allows its customers to spend and invest as they choose you should probably consider reversing this "policy" and do the same.
