Absolutely LOVE this park. Been here about 20 years and hate the thought of leaving this place…read more Cleanest park you'll find. Might come across petty little things, but feel that's anywhere you go. Safe feeling place to live. This park has ALWAYS made me feel safe. Even before we started having people out all hours of the night watching over the park rain, snow, or heat. Constantly updating the park. Even down to the quality of the streets. In the time I've lived here the streets have been repaved and improved well over a handful of times. With great management that has never changed over the last 20 years I've been here, huge pool, full basketball court, billiards room and an awesome playground for kids... can't imagine a better childhood/home to have been living in. Also great views like this!

They nickle and dime you to death here. Every other year or yearly rent increases are normal. They…read morealso change rules. For example, when I moved in they were fine with the chain link fence that was there when I moved my home in brand new, now they are telling me I have to remove it and add expensive rock in my planter; they've been fine with the dirt for 10 + years and now they want to change it, smh. My home looks better than most of the home in here. They still have homes with porches that visibly sag and some are just basically run down and look like hell, idk why they don't nag those with the older, more run down homes.

This place should not even receive one star as nothing changes in this park but the date. The…read moremanager is rude, nasty and threatening. She is never in the office and does not return phone calls. God forbid you cross her with anything as she is very insulting. I have complained numerous times to her supervisor at J&H but nobody calls me back. The maintenance guy does nothing but drink beer all day--that is if he can be found and then he won't do a damn thing unless Tina tells him so. Even when Tina directs him it's days, weeks before he moves his butt, There have been gunshots, homeless folks and burglaries in the park and once the laundry room machines broke into. I would not recommend this park unless you are a cop or something. The biggest problem is the hours of the office. Sometimes there's a sign on the door that says back in 15 minutes but nobody shows up sometimes for the entire day. Geez, just dont say anything to her when she does come back or you'll get an earful. It is bad enough now with the pandemic and this manager tries to threaten you and your home. I have kids and she terrorizes them for playing in front of our home. Just stay away from this place, it's getting worse every day. I have nothing good to say about this park other than its my home for now but I will be moving after i get my taxes.

This is a difficult review. First off, who is this person in the photo? Must be a tenant, because…read moreshe (as he) does/do not represent park management (it almost looks like Yelp is being used as a dating platform). Now, being the minimalist I am, I moved here a couple years back whilst exiting marriage. Most of my neighbors are hard-working family types and retirees struggling (or not) to pay the bills during this down time. And then there's the party house. OK, I've had to call the local sheriff once in 2.5 years, but that was only because he (my party house neighbor) was clearly about to beat her. Not that night, son. All of the other drug related drama (from just this one house, mind you), was overlooked as I am a very tolerant person. I believe in live and let live, personality defects and all. All I ever asked for was for my son and I to be left alone. Most of the time, we all lived in harmony. Unfortunately, the meth-addled minds of middle-aged juvenile delinquents lack consistency and so, there are now one fewer party houses in the park. My only real complaint would be with management (again, not necessarily with the people in the photos claiming to represent this MHP). Management can choose to evict those of low moral consequence; specifically, those holding rental agreements to the "party houses" which are raided time and time again. I hold management personally responsible to put morality above the almighty dollar, and well, this management company falls short. I believe there's a shortage of shame in our society. Tina should invest in some. But, I'm not being fair to Tina. Maybe it's Julie pulling the strings. Let's wait and see who they sign a rental agreement with next. BTW, of my immediate neighbors in my section of the park (comprised of about 24 homes, 3 now being vacant), I'd say, based on local Sheriff activity alone, that only 1 party house remains. That's really not terrible odds. My son and I are quite comfortable here. In summary, my socially liberal appreciation for strippers aside, this park falls a bit short of having "...drugs all over the place", albeit no help from management. I know, I probably shouldn't be living here. I just heart strippers.
