The Manager Carol Moody is excellent she takes care of things right away. She makes sure our park is clean and does not allow people in with out a background check. She makes sure there is no problems and is very nice and will work with you! I've been trying to resolve a refund issue from the sale of my deceased mother's mobile home since December. Their incompetence and multiple excuses is infuriating. We had an all cash offer which should have fast tracked the sale. However, because the manager 'quit' and the buyers application was 'lost' I was forced to pay 3 months rent until the buyers application was 'found'. Not only that, they tell me they are not refunding the utilities I was double charged for. Diane at corporate, keeps passing the buck. Multiple times promising me should would help; then yelling at me that it's not her job. She also refused to give me any phone number from higher level management. Corporate greed and rude behavior at its finest. I wish I had some kind of recourse but all I can say is do not deal with these people.

Might come across petty little things, but feel that's anywhere you go. Safe feeling place to live. This park has ALWAYS made me feel safe. Even before we started having people out all hours of the night watching over the park rain, snow, or heat. Constantly updating the park. Even down to the quality of the streets. In the time I've lived here the streets have been repaved and improved well over a handful of times. With great management that has never changed over the last 20 years I've been here, huge pool, full basketball court, billiards room and an awesome playground for kids... can't imagine a better childhood/home to have been living in.
