I took my boat last year for routine service with a full tank of gas. Got it back with just enough gas to go to the station. I let that pass and didn't say anything. I had my boat picked up recently for yearly maintenance, to stick a piece of trim back on the floor area, and to check my radio that made a popping sound in the speaker (radio worked when we loaded the boat on the trailer). I called after 7 days to check the status of the service and was given a bill higher than expected. Only to find out they put a new radio in my boat (i didn't authorize - but paid for it) and was told they fixed the floor trim. Got the boat back and the trim is exactly like it was when they got it. I asked to pick up my old radio and was told to come by. Got there (2 hour drive) and the radio was nowhere to be found. Very aggravating! Sales is great but service is horrible. I will not be doing business at CGM again.

There is an area for RV's and the store was well stocked. We had a small repair that needed to be made to our boat trailer, and we hit a snag with our bolts. The kind, helpful attendant (Renee) called her husband to bring what we needed. They went out of their way to help us and wouldn't take a cent for it. Wonderful experience. Nothing fancy here, just a perfect place to drop your boat in. It costs $5 to use the ramp, but the bathrooms are clean, there are several courtesy docks to tie up at and nice clean gas too. I can't imagine needing anything else besides this great place to drop in. Thank you kindly to Renee and Bobby for the help!

Mark returned our money was very apologetic and courteous. Decided to give ya'll a second try today (July 19th) and I am absolutely astonished at how bad your employees handled today. I reached out to Mark Ware on Tuesday July 14th and asked if you guys had availability for the following Saturday the 18th. He replied that no you didn't, but you did have one available for Sunday the 19th (today). Reserved that with him Wednesday and gave my Credit Card information to Daniel over the phone at 2:50 pm to reserve the boat. Texted Mark this morning to tell him we were on our way to Berry's boat dock. Got a response after we had been sitting there waiting on someone to show up at 9:56 this morning stating "I'm at the fire department today I tried to call Daniel Yancy to make sure he is coming". I asked him for Daniel's number and got no response. Luckily Berry the dock owner had your mechanic's number (Shane) and called him to reach out since Mark wouldn't give me Daniels number to contact him to find out what was going on. I spoke to Shane Plunkett on the phone and he stated Daniel said I NEVER GAVE HIM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO RESERVE THE BOAT AND THERE WAS NO BOAT AVAILABLE. Berry had to relay this information to me through Shane, NONE of your employees would talk to me and explain whatever happened. Does Berry work for you? Or do Shane Plunkett, Mark Ware and Daniel Yancy work for you, because they definitely dropped the ball today. Your employees did a piss poor job of arranging this rental and following through with a boat rental I have in text message (screenshots attached) that we reserved and in fact gave Daniel my information over the phone to reserve it. To my understanding you are on vacation at the moment according to Berry, your employees will run your business into the ground before you get back at this rate. My parents drove down from Charlotte, NC to specifically join us today on Lake Jackson. That's a 4.5 hour loss, an hour loss waiting on your non-existent employees at Berry's and honestly a day wasted. I am severely disappointed in Jackson Lake Marine and hope nobody else rents from you with customer service like this." I have yet to receive any explanation from this company.

The boat and trailer had been sitting for two years. B&B Watercraft went and picked it up. They diagnosed the boat and trailer. They made their recommendations and they made the repairs, after checking with me. They water tested it to make sure it was running well. My dad had to take over in the communication department because we did not want my husband to know what was happening. They were very accommodating and to make a long story short....we pulled it off! Our seafaring boat is now in the ocean and we could not have done it without B&B! We highly recommend B&B Watercraft for your Jackson Lake or beyond needs!

Since the motor was under warranty, they ordered another one, and charged us another $600 to put the 2nd motor in. It ran for several months and then started running rough. We decided to replace the spark plugs, and noticed 1 spark plug was completely burned up. Come to find out, they put the wrong spark plugs in which destroyed the 2nd motor! The motor is under warranty but we can't get hold of Brad to contact the company that sold him (B&B) the motor. We have called, went by in person, and left messages to no avail. We are now out $2600 and have nothing to show for it!

When I arrived the service advisor wanted to check with the shop foreman to see if they would even consider working on it because of it's age (2008 model). He agreed and assured me they "specialized in Volvo". After a few days I received a text letting me know the estimate for diagnosing it would be $655.00. I called to speak to service advisor to understand why just diagnosing was so high. I asked what their hourly rate is and he told me they quote everything by the job and he would not budge on the price. Reluctantly, I let them proceed. After about a week, they texted with a repair estimate of $18K. I called to discuss again and the service advisor couldn't answer any of my questions so he sent me to the shop foreman again. He explained that a gear sheared a tooth in the upper unit and there is also metal shavings in the lower unit so they need to replace both. I asked about repairing vs replacing and he said they don't do that. We discussed multiple options of used units and sending out for a rebuild but he wasn't interested in any of those. Apparently, they only "specialize in Volvo" if its simple maintenance or easy parts replacement - actual mechanic work, not so much. The shop foreman was also a little rude and condescending. I was stuck with a $755 bill for diagnosis and shop supplies for a repair they weren't qualified/willing to complete. Never again... **Update** The Operations Manager saw this review and called me to discuss. He offered to refund my money BUT ONLY IF I removed this review. I guess customer satisfaction only matters to them when it's beneficial to them.
