The office staff and nurses were so friendly and kind. This was my first visit since my last child in was born in 2013. I received the results of my exam very quickly which is always helpful, as to not stress too long in waiting. Overall the experience was pleasant. read more

Dr Lewis was amazing!!! I truly felt comfortable during the visit and she addressed all of my questions and concerns in a professional manner. Dr. Lewis and Dr. Pennant are both wonderful! Everyone in the office is pleasant and I've had nothing but good experiences.

I heard great things about both Doctors. My first visit there was nice, however a little overwhelming with all of the people I need to call regarding previous tests for my previous pregnancies. Other then that, the experience was nice. Unfortunately with the unpleasantness of the secretarial staff, and being bounced around being told to call different offices and not even getting the courtesy of getting a call back from Bernadette, I am choosing to go elsewhere. On Saturday 8/19/17, I was in the Emergency room because of vaginal bleeding ( I am now 8 weeks pregnant). This was from a physical assault that had happened that day and Hospital wrote me out of work until the 27th of this Month. All I wanted was a note clearing me to go back earlier with restrictions on not to do any heavy lifting. This turned into the WORST experience ever. I was told this office cannot do that because Bernadette had cleared me to go back to work Monday ( which I was not even aware of). This became a game of "he said, she said", and just led to more unnecessary stress that I do not need. Please improve the secretarial staff, especially in the Parsippany office, the one women there pretty much called me a liar and would cut me off each time I tried to explain. Wish I had a chance to use one of these great Doctors, however that will not be the case. Thank you. read more

Dr. Pennant is a definite class act!!! Absolutely loved her bedside manner & her way of making you feel extremely comfortable throughout my visit! She is very thorough & has a wonderful, caring demeanor. She asks a lot of questions & wants to get to the results should there be any concerning issues. Great doctor...she really listens to your medical concerns.

After making an appointment with this practice I mentioned the appointment to a friend and she told me what a horrible experience she had when she was a patient at the practice. I would have canceled after hearing how rude the office staff was to her but I needed to get in before the end of the year and it was too late to make an appointment elsewhere. My visit was fine. The staff were pleasant and Bernadette was competent and pleasant. Unfortunately I later experienced the rudeness that my friend had come across. It seems the office staff only knows how to be professional and helpful if everything goes right. If they are required to use any sort of problem solving skills they get defensive and try to turn the problem around on the patient. I was told "don't get fresh with me" when I got frustrated talking to one of the office staff about a $900 reimbursement that was owed to me. Just to be clear I wasn't yelling or using foul language just sounding very frustrated because she was offering absolutely no information on what I needed to do to get the problem resolved. Eventually I got my money but between them coding the insurance claim incorrectly and then taking their sweet time processing the payment and issuing the reimbursement it took many weeks longer than it should have. I understand mistakes happen but because of the incompetence and rudeness of the front desk staff I will not be returning to this practice. read more
