Used them numerous times and always have a good experience. Caring radiologists. Never had to wait long for appointments. Highly recommend.

This review is mainly for customer service by phone, not for staff in Hackettstown or radiologists. They are now part of the Medical Group of NJ and called ImageCare at Hackettstown. Every time I call, whether it's to return a call from the woman who confirms appts, I think her name was Pam? Or to reschedule or schedule its a very long wait on the phone - today, I've tried 3 times and had to hang up - waited 15 minutes with no one picking up. Yes, that's bad - when there are phone services that will call you back when they are free. Do people spend all day trying to reach someone? How can you get back to the staff when you can't get through? Second is, they have farmed out most of their phone support to India. Difficult to understand them and then they will sometimes give you incorrect prep information or put you hold because THEY have to call the direct office to get the info! That's really bad as well - most times you have questions about preparation for a test and need correct info which can only come from experienced staff that works at the office! I know RAH/ImageCare is growing, but then spend the money on support here in the US! read more

Was sent there for a Workmans Comp claim MRI and they charged my insurance $600 also. Trying to workout the double charge now. I never even offered my insurance card. Seems like you need to check their billing/double billing. read more

They do not answer their phones!! I called several times and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I called today and now the phone number is temporarily unavailable. I have billing questions and nobody responds to the phone calls. read more

An MRI isn't the easiest thing for people that are claustrophobic. The technicians make you feel really comfortable and they're extremely patient during your MRI scan. They give you headphones to listen to music and an eye mask that helps alot. If you're really uncomfortable talk to your doctor about getting some Ativan or Valium. Booking your appointment is a breeze.. the staff is professional, courteous and they're easy to get in touch with. read more

I wish I could give this facility a 0 for a couple of different reasons! Four years ago my son broke his arm. He had an MRI here which cost over $4,000. I had very good insurance that would have covered it with only a $10 copay, only if they had billed my insurance company within the allowed amount of time. Since they did not, I am being sued for the money. They continually claim they did bill my insurance company, but refuse to provide proof. My insurance company has even told them is they provide this proof, they will reopen the case and pay it now, but they STILL won't provide the necessary paperwork and they do not return phone calls! This year, I went for my annual mammogram and breast ultrasound. I was called back once for an additional ultrasound and three more times for additional mammograms. I made four trips there, only for them to tell me to come back in 6 months. I appreciate the "better safe than sorry" method, but why weren't they getting what they needed in visits 1, 2, or even 3? Four trips for the same procedure seems excessive. Now I just have to pray that they billed my insurance correctly so I don't get sued for all of those visits. No thank you. I will pick up my scans and use a different imaging center. read more

Nice that you don't need an appointment for a single view X-ray....liked the tech who took my scan. Then it all went to crap. Absolutely AWFUL that it's 4 days later and the scan STILL has not been read tithe radiologist!!!! They don't care that I am in pain. Never going back here. Ready to pay for another X-ray elsewhere at this point. Called so many times but they can't help me. Not happy at all with this place. One X-ray does not require 4 days to read it. Complete BS. I'll update if and when they ever give my doctor the result. Also...my Dr's office called them 3 times looking for results and they still aren't done. Was told will be done Thursday and it's Sunday. read more

These folks are fast, friendly, and efficient. They took the best care of my mom who needed a belly CT. They were verrrrrrry patient with her dementia and her mobility challenges. The radiology techs were great, and the front-office staff was very sweet and thorough, too. read more

The technicians are TERRIFIC: professional, attentive, respectful, and caring. This would be a 5-star review, if I weren't asked (by the technician, at the end of my procedure?!!) to review a Doctor I have never seen, using criteria non-applicable to my appointment. I was left with a feeling, that this strange request (and my refusal) made us both uncomfortable. Why are technical folks being asked to do marketing tasks?... Good experience otherwise. read more

This was my first experience at this facility and it got off to a bad start. While booking my appointment, the operator told me what an awful day she was having and gave me the wrong prep instructions. She was very unprofessional and I had no confidence in what she told me. So, I called back several days later to verify the information she had given me and I got the same person on the phone. This time, my prep instructions were different and were, clearly, not appropriate for the scheduled CT scan. I was told to prep for a barium which was not the test that I was having. So, days later, I called again. You guessed it, different instructions. I was told to arrive one hour prior to the test and, because the facility already lacked credibility, I arrived 20 minutes prior to the test. Even that was not necessary. I had not been told to fast so I ate breakfast and there was some debate about whether or not I would have to reschedule. Neither the tech nor I were happy. The tech wasn't surprised to hear my story and said there was confusion frequently but management would not take his feedback seriously. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is due to the tech who was patient, helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He was professional and did his job accordingly. I will not return to this facility. There are more efficient and well managed options out there. read more

They were the most friendliest and helpful doctor office i was ever in.the nurses the staff treated me like i have known them all my life,so comforting and endearing i would have thought they were family.Any negative reviews that has to do with then is billing because the staff are awesome I wish my stay was longer because they were that much of a blessing to be around God bless them read more

The office staff was so accommodating. I had to have an MRI. I showed up an hour late because I got the time wrong and theu were able to fit me in with ok n an hour. Unfortunately due to my many health issues I became very nauseated and got sick. They rescheduled me for the next day and told me to feel better. That kindness and understanding goes a long way when you are chronically ill. I went in the next day and everyone in the front office was again very friendly. They said I looked a lot better! The woman who performed the scan was very nice and thorough, she reasured me every step of the way and made a potentially uncomfortable procedure very relaxing. I hope I don't need to go back for any more testing but at least I know if I do these amazing professionals will make it as pleasent as possible. Can I give tjem 6 stars?? read more

Been going to this place for years. Very nice office. Hardly ever a wait. Staff is pleasant. Had ultrasounds, MRIs, a 3D mammogram and X-rays done here, all handled well with staff that made me feel comfortable. read more

I went in for an MRI. I filled out a little paperwork (on an iPad!), waited a couple of minutes, then was taken back for the exam. The tech made sure I was comfortable and properly braced to hold still for the duration, and offered me music. Once we were done, I had to wait less than five minutes for the CD with the images. Everybody there was friendly, polite, and efficient. I've been there twice now, and wouldn't hesitate to go back. (It's not the closest one to my house, but they're quicker and less crowded.) read more

The provider failed to bill my insurance company for all service lines. Rather than follow up with the insurance company, they billed me directly for the services that THEY failed to bill my insurance. Now I'm going through hurdles gathering the proof from my previous insurance company. Avoid if you don't want to spend multiple months on the phone, gathering proof, and dealing with the headache. read more

Made an appt for specific MRI machine and was told it was there. Dr's script also showed the type of mri machine needed. Waited over a week for appt. Get there only to be told they DONT have that machine there......so basically the staff is unaware of what machines/services are available at this location and are Unable to read a Dr's script. They should be embarrassed at themselves.. read more

Hackettstown Radiology facility and staff were very professional and caring. I had two Cat Scans and two conscious sedated MRI's and the team was so caring, calm and understanding. The front desk was very accommodating. The facility was very clean and all COVID guidelines adhered to. After the procedure, the next day they checked on how you are feeling. I had both a mammogram and a sonogram. Both technicians were excellent. I have had breast cancer, with two lumpectomies on my left breast. Katie was incredibly kind, understanding and gentle. She was smart, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. Pria doing my sonogram was wonderful. She was very thorough, detail oriented, and caring. She was quick to give me another towel to wipe the gel off with. I highly recommend her too. Very pleasant experience. Your receptionists are also terrific. Getting and appointment, then changing it was very easily accomplished. read more

RAH has grown to be a state of the art facility! I have had all of my exams at this facility for ten years and have never had anything to complain of. The staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient. It has never been a long wait and I have never encountered anyone rude or dismissive. This group is progressive and has my vote every time over all of the other facilities in the area. I have no need to travel out of Hackettstown, which is a major plus! read more

I had an appointment, at the rte. 46 Hackettstown location. When I walked in there were 7 people in that Tiny waiting room. TWO OF THE OLDER MEN HAD THEIR MASKS BOW THEIR NOSES, and the women behind the glass told me to be patient., so I waited outside in the vestibule. After about 10 minutes one of the women came to see why I was there and to come in. I told her I didn't want to come in because the men's masks were not over their noses. She told the 62 year old belligerent man to pull up his mask, he said no that I was a trouble maker and to throw me out. There is NO ONE TO CALL OR TO COMPLAIN TO. I asked one of the women to talk to mgr, and she asked me why? Why? Because you would rather let the man DO WHAT HE WANTS TO TO DO, AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE HEALTH OF OTHERS. I have been very careful for 6 months now, and I refuse to let one belligerent fool ruin my life. I lost a very close friend of mine to covid, AND I REFUSE TO SIT IN A WAITING ROOM WITH STUPID PEOPLE. read more

This is NOT the place to go if you need urgent X-Rays. They take 24 to 48 h to share the results back with your physician. We had to jump hoops to get results almost 24h after the x-rays were taken. They should send all emergencies to other providers instead of taking in patients that need an immediate evaluation. read more

The experience and the staff were outstanding. Would have rated the experience 5 stars if they had told me when I scheduled the MRI that they were out of network... they told me that when I got to the appointment. Now I have no idea what I will have to pay... NOT COOL! read more

Everyone I have dealt with at this location has been wonderful. I am never comfortable in a doctor or hospital setting but they have made the experience so relaxing. That sounds strange to say but from the moment you walk in you feel at ease. I have gotten two mammograms and ultrasounds to date and will definitely continue to go there in the future. read more

Terrible radiology facility. this place is the worst. people who work in this facility have no compation and don't care about patients. First you make an appointment get there and they tell you that your name is no where to Be found and they cant not see you because they are booked for the day. The front desk lady make you wait and pretends to help you. She goes inside make you wait and gets out and tells you, im sorry is nothing that i can do. I asked Radiology Assoc. to look into whether my claim below was true and that my ultrasounds were not of good quality. They not only didn't look into it, but threatened to put me into collections. My insurance already paid a large amount of the bill, and in addition i sent in a small payment to show my good faith. It was not that I didn't want to pay it (quite honestly its a small bill) but its the principle of the matter. Who wants to pay for something that is essentially useless?? Paying for something that you were told was of bad quality and you had to have redone?? You would at least want it to be investigated? I called and the person I spoke to (I believe she's just a receptionist so she can't be given too much credit) was incredibly rude. She didn't transfer me to speak to anyone else- and had a horrible attitude. Basically she didn't care. Even if this company had the best radiology machine, and techs in the entire country I wouldn't go back because the staff is so incredibly inconsiderate and rude its not worth dealing with. Its such an inconvenience to even call them and try to speak to this company about a potential issue its not worth going to. read more
