Bottled water was provided and he even stopped to get Fresh pizza for us. By the time we finished touring with Roberto for two days we felt that we knew so much about the area, history and culture of the region. Roberto's knowledge or art, history, food and culture was so impressive. The tour we did with Roberto was much more than him driving us from place to place. Each place we went was so carefully planned and curated. We visited wineries, vineyards and a sheep farm that makes cheese. With his help, we were able to visit every place we wanted to see as well as some smaller unknown, hidden gems. We saw so many beautiful landscapes and Roberto stopped frequently for us to take in the views! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Roberto. We hope to go back soon to tour Umbria and Florence with Roberto.

Our driver was exceptionally helpful, carrying some of our luggage to our apartment as the street was car free on weekends, so we had a short walk. So you coffee lovers this may be your spot for a morning pick me up. I stuck with my espresso which was quite good, and drank it at the bar. They offer a selection of pastry items (brioche, canollo, etc) however I did not sample any. Clean and neat, with lots of food options this is a good stop if you are hungry.

The big problem was that 2 of its 3 elevators were broken. This hotel also had a lot of group tourists, so I had to wait almost 10 minutes for the elevator to come only to find out its already packed with people. The room was very very small. I was unable to take a picture of it as I was too tired to by the time I got inside. The showers was weak but at least they provided shampoo and shower gel. The bed was not very confortable but still able to sleep in it. The breakfast is a mini buffet and the food was below average. The meats had a lot of salt and the breads were relatively stale. The only great thing was they had decent sparkling water.

Also having your lobby look really nice just for your hotel room to look like crap. Like explain? The lady at the front desk was also being so difficult to work it. She moved us to a new room however the new room was exactly the same and on the same floor. The wifi doesn't work. What's the point in providing wifi? We are so disappointed with our experience here. Having a 4 star hotel and it's looks like this? The only good thing is the pool and free breakfast. Please come in with an open mind when booking here. You may get a good room or a horrible room.
