Completely ruined a very expensive silk/wool jacket. Lost all sheen and shrunk 2 sizes.

I understand that businesses sometimes have a fee policy, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily hostile. I also noticed prices for other customers that were extremely high. Some army dress uniforms were being charged in the hundreds of dollars. For comparison, I ended up taking my suits to Fabric Care and they did a great job for $12 per suit. Based on the pricing and the way I was treated, I would not return.

Would never recommend this place or go back for service again, I was charged $10 dollars for one…read moreshirt to be dry cleaned,
