We understand accidents happen & were very patient & respectful toward the staff. Unfortunately we were treated horrible. The owner wouldn't give us the time of day. He told us it wasn't his problem, but we could rent a snowmobile from him for $245. It was a horrible experience. $2500.00 later I am finally able to ride my machine after having some carbs cleaned at renze. Cherrywood lodge down the street was great to us and we rented a machine for only $199.
