We've been looking at property for a while so I've been to open houses before and I have to say, I've never experienced one like this. The second we arrived, we were bombarded with questions about our current home and how long we think it will take us to sell, etc. I felt like I was being ambushed by a sleazy tabloid reporter. It would have been great if we got her business card or name first. I only know what her name is from the sign in front of the house. And did I miss something? I thought we were just looking at the house briefly during this open house event. Not sure why she needed to know every detail about our jobs, living situation, every other house we've ever looked at on SI, etc. I wasn't aware I was doing a one-on-one interview for a biography. This woman then asked my husband if we need to sell in order to buy. First of all, most people who own and are looking to buy do need to, so I'm not sure what kind of BS question that was. Anyway, he hesitated for a few seconds to answer probably because he was just as uncomfortable as me and she replied for him with, "yes, no, maybe..." I found her tone and language incredibly abrasive which added to our experience being quite uncomfortable. There were two other things I thought were rude. First, she only asked my husband what he does for a living, not me. I suppose what I do isn't important because I'm not a man and it must be safe to assume I don't have a job that matters. Then I asked her about the boiler in the basement and she proceeded to show me the washer and dryer instead while ignoring my question. This lady needs to wake up and realize what decade she is in...times have changed but apparently her thinking has not. Perhaps if she went back to school and left the bubble she lives in, she might be more aware of the world we live in today. Needless to say, we left the house as soon as we could and won't be going back.

Their attention to detail was outstanding and they were always top notch professional. They took the time to fully comprehend what we were looking for and made sure that each house they showed us met the criteria that we required. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy or sell their home!
