A couple of weeks ago I went in looking for something to help my dog out with an ear issue and wasn't for sure what to get because there was several products they carried that according to the label would work. As I was trying to figure out which one I was going to try a worker walked by and asked if she could help with anything. So I asked her, she addressed all my concerns and was able to suggest a few things, some I never even thought of. So after a few minutes with this persons help I felt more confident on my purchases and at checkout I realized the person that was assisting me was actually the store manager. I was kind of shocked not many store managers would have taken the time like she did to help me. Also I must say my dog's issues are all better and he is doing fantastic.
