Since I "liked" their page I've been meaning to check them out. It took me awhile but finally got there last Friday night for a book reading/crafting event for kids for $5 I knew a little about the business and what they offered from Facebook but didn't really understand the concept till I was there. You can craft here a number of ways. On their walls they have tons of completed projects that can be customized just for you. Mainly the trendy graphic signs and such. For a fee they provide all the supplies, crafting space, and additional materials (glues, etc) as well as instruction. For graphic signs you pick from their enormous supply of specialty papers and they'll cut out the design on their circuit machine, provide instruction than you complete the project. You can customize the print, size, font, papers, and the backboard. You *may* even be able to bring your own design to them to see if it's something they can do. The crafting space is spacious and cozy - the perfect space to connect with friends and socialize while you craft. An added bonus is they do the clean up! While the projects on display are not for sale they are priced so you know how much it will cost to make. While I did feel the prices were the same or higher than buying the project premade from Etsy (for example) the experience and girls night out would make up for it. In addition to crafting on your own they offer workshops for specific projects ranging from graphic signs to string art - both for adults and children. The event we attended was a few days before Christmas. The children were encouraged to come in their jammies to hear a Christmas story, drink hot cocoa, than craft a wooden ornament. All for only $5! Our girls loved the experience and as grandparents we enjoyed that the painting, glue, and mess wasn't in our house! We'll definitely be back to craft some more.

if I could give less than one star I absolutely would. This has now been the third time within the…read morelast 3 to 4 months that I have visited this store. The lady who operates the registers who is in a power wheelchair (don't know her name so this is how I'm differentiating her from the other employees, nothing against her wheelchair) has rude to not only me but other customers as well. At this point in time, she has alone experience with this and I will not be giving it any more time or my dollars. The same employee each time I have visited has had snarky comments. The first time dating back until about two months ago I was there getting balloons for a birthday party and a few other supplies I decided to go with the prepackaged pack of so clearly they were wrapped in some kind of plastic. When I took them up to the register, she was picking through my pile and sort of through the package of balloons back at me and said "do not put these near me. I am highly allergic to latex." (mind you they were in a package and she wasn't going to be touching the actual latex. Also mind you she was sitting right next to where they were actively blowing up balloons. So if you're not allergic to latex, why are you sitting right next to the latex machine?). She refused to check me out and told me that I would have to get back in the long line and get the other person at the register next to her to check me out as she was not going to touch this package of balloons. Prior to me that day the other customer in line right before me had a newborn baby strapped in a carrier on her body. The baby was starting to get fussy in line and the employee told the mother that she "needs to quiet down her baby because she has a migraine". Mind you there's not really a way to control a crying newborn. It's what they do. My other experience with this employee happened to be this week. I went in to buy a pack of earring organizers on the shelf. It said the pack was $4.50. When I got up to the register, she write me up and told me that the total was $5.35. I handed her six dollars and she looked at me funny and asked if I had more change. I questioned her because I had given her enough for what she told me that the total was. She proceeded to say "I told you that the total was 6.35 if you would have been paying attention to me". At this point, I was getting a little fed up so I just handed her another dollar bill paid and on my way out. I politely told her that although she did not remember me, I remembered her because each time I have visited the store. She has checked me out and she has had an attitude with me and other customers in the process. She proceeded to laugh in my face and not say another word. I left the store and I called back in to speak with the manager on duty and made a report against this employee. However, this experience and previous experiences with the same employee over and over again have deterred me from ever spending my money at again to all other customers please be aware of this employee again. I do not know her name, but I can differentiate her from other employees by saying that she is the only one I've ever seen who works there in a power wheelchair.
