It is now Feb 6,2020 and my car STILL has not been approved for repairs by the insurance company, Mitchell Insurance. They are also trying their best not to pay my lost wages, which I am STILL loosing. WITH NO END IN SIGHT! I am at my wits end! The air handler in the attic started sounding like a jet engine, rattling, and making noises you could hear from the downstairs air intakes. I went online and placed a service order with ORHP, and they sent the order to Callahan's, who called and came out the same day as I live very close to them. They found the blower motor bearings were shot and going out and were able to explain to ORHP that it was running but would probably catastrophically fail and cause more damage. They ordered an OEM motor from Carrier, called when the motor arrived and were able to fit time in my schedule. About a week turn-around time.
