It begins at the front desk where staff are competent, courteous, and friendly. Then exceptional care follows from everyone else. While everyone is thoroughly professional, the atmosphere is, nevertheless, relaxed, calm, and welcoming - credit management, at least to some extent. I had several procedures performed during two days and I appreciated a follow-up call made to check my status - which was excellent. When relocating to a new state, it's a great relief to find such a superb provider.

Initially when I called a over a year ago I was spoken to by the Scheduling Receptionist with a rude and condescending tone. I chose to not make an appointment at that time. Feb. 2024 I called to give updated information and was told by the 'scheduling receptionist' - "YOU WANT TO COME HERE, WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO COME HERE, THAT'S WEIRD, CAN'T YOU GET HELP FROM OTHER DERMATOLOGISTS IN YOUR AREA?" The person was extremely invasive, condescending and abusive. I called the St. Mary's Location to get help and the Employee Named Paula claimed that she would get me an appointment and send me a SELF-PAY Letter with financial information and she claimed to have been shocked by my experience. 14 days had gone by and I hadn't gotten a letter or a call for an appointment for the St. Mary's Location. I called twice to speak with Paula about it and she said in a very rude tone and acted like I was a burden: "I told MY supervisor about you and she said she would take care of it!" I said: "I hope that my grievance that I shared would not prevent me from becoming an established patient..." THE OFFICE MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME ON HER OWN TO FOLLOW-UP WITH ME UNTIL I CALLED THE SECOND WITH PAULA AND SHARED MY CONCERNS ABOUT NOT BEING A PATIENT. But they have been very efficient. I go every year for roughly 10 years for a skin check up because I used to be a lifeguard before they had sun screen... (we used baby oil and sometimes we had add iodine) surprise more of my contemporaries did not get cancer . But anytime I have raised skin or concerns or general issues. They are very cautious to take a look and make sure that it is safe and they have taken biopsies. And they have gotten back to me very quickly. So I couldn't be happier.
