They sent me paperwork to fill out and made my appointment for 8/11/2021. At no time did the person I talked to say I needed a a Dr,s referral. My appointment was for 8 am on Aug 11th. At 4 pm August 10th, I received a call from Stacy Wright telling me she was canceling my appointment because I did not not have a Dr referral. Al she could say was Oh, "I forgot"....This person has caused me to suffer even more now.. She needs to seek another profession such as A fast food chain....
