Nick says he is an expert in landlord tenant, contract, business, neighbor, and real estate law. While Mr. Gehrig seems a very competent lawyer he is not very responsive. You will have to wait not hours, but days to get a response to a call. If you send him and email, it's even worse. You will have to wait weeks to get an email reply. For these reasons we have explored other options to represent our small business. Perhaps Mr. Gehrig has much larger clients and he's too busy. One can only assume. We got tired of waiting for his replies and have looked toward other options for our representation.

Whenever I had a question and wanted to talk to her, she would hide and have her receptionist tell me that she was away. She never took our concerns and questions seriously, she only did what she wanted and as a result we suffered the consequences of her incompetence and negligence. My sister's husband, a domineering and abusive muslim man, pretended that he was broke and my sister was a gold digger. Gwen C did not do anything to challenge him, despite me writing everything she needed to know to defend us. My sister was severely abused and we wanted the judge to hear that. She said the judge did not want to hear about the spousal abuse, which was a like, she just wanted to speed through the process. After the last hearing, she was supposed to write a report and file the divorce paper before we meet one last time with judge. I took her to lunch and asked her specifically not to file until I review the papers. I called her on the day of the filing in the afternoon asking her for a meeting. She said she already filed it. This was another lie as I found out later, she procrastinated and filed it around 11:00 PM, an hour before the deadline. In summary, I spent 25,000 and my sister got almost no child support, and very little alimony. She endured years of hardship with her 2 little daughters while her husband was entertaining prostitutes in another mulsim country. We recently found that he has several million dollars hidden overseas. I have told Gwen about all this but she simply ignored it. If you are thinking about hiring Gwen Carpenter, don't run --- FLy. She has no respect for her clients, she does not listen, and once she cashes the check, the case is done as far as she is concerned.
