From our initial phone call to the home visit by Shaun, to regular communications by phone and email with Shirley, Sarah and Stefan, we could not be more pleased with everyone's helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism. As soon as the process had begun, Phil, the representative from their legal team, telephoned to explain all costs and the procedure to be followed. He too was highly professional and friendly. Because the paperwork was started straightaway, there were no delays, which made the whole sale as smooth as possible. This is a large firm with many branches and offices in other locations so do check if they are in your area of South Wales. Whilst their rates for selling a house were not the lowest I found I think it was worth paying the extra for little things - like someone taking the time to call you back if you left a message. If you need any repairs doing they will deal with them straight away, my only complaint is that they don't like to spend TOO much money and will often repair rather than replace.
