After the snarky response from Miss Sara, I am going to post the rest of our conversation, where she told me "she could not help what's been sent to print" and then completely stopped responding without giving us confirmation or a resolution to the problem that we nicely asked to be fixed numerous times before getting upset. This is absurd. We know tons of realtors, not a single one of them have ever signed us up to receive mail like this--not even a small postcard size. This has nothing to do with "friendship", although, no, we do not consider the person who did this to us to be a friend, and have not for at least 3 years...however, we let this obnoxious mail continue for almost 5 years. The moment it started hindering mail we want from getting to us, we took action. That is why we've asked for it to stop. The person who signed us up was rude, you were rude, after making my request... I left an honest review about my awful experience. This is terrible business practice and so predatory. I cannot believe you teach new realtors to do such things to anyone they know who owns a home, who isn't even a client of theirs. You have blatantly lied about how often the predatory mail comes. It was not even 3 full weeks before we received the second (catalog sized) round of mail after leaving the first review. It was only after receiving email from you, replying to that asking again for everything to STOP, that we were finally told we in fact had been removed from a mailing list (almost a month later now). All of you are delusional to think people enjoy this mail. Numerous "friends" of the person who did this to us have discussed how awful/often/unfair it was for her to sign us up for such a thing without permission. The way you've all handled a simple request has been mindblowingly unprofessional. We absolutely have consulted with a lawyer about next steps if we receive anymore mail (a waste of precious time). We also recently filed a complaint with USPS. All things we've had to do because you told us you couldn't help what had been sent to print, nor did the mail stop, and it's continued to hinder us from receiving mail. LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
