She gave me a list of options, and explained what to expect as we went along with the permit and homeowner-association approval process. She's a gem, and a total rock-star when it comes time to get it done. There were no surprises, problems, or excuses. These folks know the business, quote very fairly, and do extraordinary work. The quality they deliver is uncommon, being that it's so good, and the crew is so experienced. I noticed they use a lot of new equipment too, and put a priority on safety, quality, and doing things correctly the first time. He was quick to provide a quote and answered all my questions about the price, the strength of the concrete and what to expect. We were pleased with his quote and signed the contract. It took 8 weeks for the team to schedule us (which is typical, FYI). When the crew were ready, they called to check on our availability and right away spent the day taking out our old asphalt and concrete and framing the area. They asked for half the payment at that point. The next day (Friday) they taped and covered with plastic our front door, our garage etc so there would be no splatters, then in the afternoon came and poured-making sure to contact me to make sure I knew what was happening. Then on Saturday, their crew came out again to clean up the plastic and put back our landscape pavers and rocks that they had to remove to add the concrete frames. I especially appreciated how kind the crew was and how hard they worked to put back the landscaping exactly as I wanted. Terry came to check on the work personally and did not want the other half of our payment until he knew that I was fully satisfied with the work that was done.
