Their certificate of destruction and their residential pickup services really sold it for me. I filled their online form late Saturday night, and wasn't expecting a reply until Monday (they're closed on the weekends) but to my shock one of their reps replied on Sunday and confirmed adding me to their route for a Monday pickup. They're not able to reserve a particular time slot/frame, you can request an ideal range but know if they can't arrive you'll need to go in person or reschedule to another day. If you do need to reschedule the pickup for a day with more flex, be sure to notify them right away so they can update the driver. For me, the flat fee was $75 but this could range for others (depending on items being picked up, distance, etc.). Payment was through an online portal, with a link sent in the scheduling email. I had originally requested pickup before 12pm, as timing would have it, I was delayed and was still at my apartment when the driver did arrive about 2 hours later. Everything worked out, the driver was very nice and was able to take my items (no paperwork to fill or was provided).

They are nearly waiting like it is a famous Rock band coming into town . And the colors on the price tags save you money too but each time there is a color of the day that is 50% off. You can stack with coupons to save more. This store does not carry junk things. But I do examine for tears, missing buttons or zippers. And examine for stains because that stain may be permanent. I keep a stock of Tide and Lysol for my precious treasures. After a good wash it looks good as new. I have recently bought some heavy bedding sheets and pillow shams. I bought my son and I some of those lounging or gaming attire lol. I find some of my shirts with funny sayings! Again we have about 20 minutes to sweep through. No there, is no public restrooms. As you read my reviews I will note this. So you may want to use the restroom before looking for hidden treasure. So far McDonald's near there does have restroom without restrictions. So I buy an item for that gesture. Otherwise use the bathroom before you go in there. In this thrift store be ready to use self checkouts with a friendly worker watching you and being there to assist . There is a cash only self checkout and card only. They do not like customers bringing in any Backpacks or very large bags, so do not do it. You do have to bring your own bags. And they sell cute reusable bag for $1.99. It is very strong. We bought our famous bag for our treasures and as a souvenir. We thrift pretty regularly as our youngest son is growing so fast but I save more because I get his hand me downs. I do not have a problem. With good laundry tricks, clothes can remain looking good. If I take a photo of everything it would be too much. As he grows out of things, I keep what fits me well. Those things I keep are funny T-shirts, lounging pants or jackets. This place has a good assortment of clothing. I shop in teens section because it is usually a bit cheaper. I have bought all us each of laptop bags for very cheap too. I can not emphasize how this thrift store sells very quality gently used clothes. I am not ashamed about thrifting because it truly saves money. I recommend this place. There is something for anyone. Hey if you have a big truck , then you can find furniture very cheap and in very good shape. I saw a big bedroom dresser with all the drawers for about close to $5. You have to be one of those frequent shoppers if you need stuff like that. I can talk about this place all day . I love this place. I have fun here.

I have been stopping here regularly for a couple years now; the main part of the store is not big,…read morenot a lot of men's clothes, but I have bought a few books here, and quite a lot of old records that they sell much cheaper than Goodwill. It's been a great place for furniture. We have two chairs in our living room from St. Vincent. Best of all is the courteous staff. Clean restrooms, and I always get an ice cold Coke from the machine (cheaper than at any grocery store).

I don't know how long they may be going through the clothes and formulating the outfits in their mind but some pull it off really well. For me more often than not it doesn't go that way. More specifically with this particular store they always accept the clothes I give for donation. It's almost always clothes I can't fit into and unlikely I ever will again. As a customer the first time here was frustrating. Returns aren't likely to happen but Steve bought a pair of shoes here and both shoes were for the left foot. The folks acknowledged the situation but wouldn't give a refund. So watch out for stuff like that. After a long absence as a shopper here after that we came here and bought some pieces of luggage for some upcoming longer trips we will be doing in the next year or two. Nothing seems amiss with the luggage so I think that transaction and the items will meet their purpose. However if a bad turn comes of an unusual sort with the luggage we bought here that may be relevant to Goodwill I'll post an update but it's unlikely.

But today I ended up being 4 minutes late even though I left so early. I tried calling through the Bluetooth in my car once I realized I'd be a tad late but of course, it being a Saturday, nobody was manning the phone. The door was locked when I arrived and the instructor didn't even have the courtesy to come to the door and say "you're late, too bad so sad." If you can, get your CPR through the American Heart Association or literally anywhere else. This instructor must be some super-human who has never had car problems, unexpected road conditions, etc. I sure hope that if this instructor is ever late to anything that they get locked out of wherever they're going. Even when we plan ahead stuff happens that's outside of our control. It's called life. I understand not accepting people past 10 or even maybe 5 minutes. But 4 minutes and you won't acknowledge me? I think we can all agree that that's ridiculous.
