Would not recommend renting from this landlord. Communication completely disappeared as soon as the…read morelease was signed. Extremely unresponsive, irresponsible, and difficult to deal with whenever issues came up. Save yourself the stress and rent elsewhere.

I hired William A Salamon as my agent to rent out two of my condos (one is City of Bedford and one…read morein Lakewood, OH). He charged me for one month rent for each property in exchange of showing my condo, qualifying tenants, move-in inspection at the presence of tenants, taking pictures and collecting rent and security deposit. After very long struggle with him to get the above information that he advertised for, first thing he did, he collected his own share and didn't send me or better yet, going over the pro-rated rent with my current tenant at Lakewood property. So, he put me literally in position to complete his job that he promised to perform by contacting the tenant myself and requesting for pro-rated rent. He also failed to perform and send move-in inspection forms and pictures for both properties up to this date. I'm asking both tenants to do it themselves without knowledge of what they may include as "broken item" while is in good working condition. I have a copy of his text transcripts showing a lot of broken promises to get this task complete by William Salamon, but it never happened! Simply, he took his cut and ran away. He is not responding to my inquiries anymore. This is called misconduct, failure of his duty and not looking after best interest of his client. Now, I've to deal with two tenants that they can potentially claim with a lot of issues that were not an issue at the time they moved in due to lack of William Salamon not performing a move-in inspection at the presence of the tenant. He really put me potentially in a liable position. Finally, I'm looking at the Department of Commerce Division of Real Estate e-license Center. Looks like he is conducting his business while his RE license has been revoked both under his name and his company (Whitestone Real Estate). I demand for a disciplinary action and return of my commission since he didn't complete his job and operating under a revoke license. I can be reached at (949)302-2122 or email: moghaddamm@yahoo.com with any concerns or questions. Best Regards, Mehdi Moghaddam
