It is in a very central location in Kelowna too. So.... The seats are comfy and spacious. The screens are a good size. Inside is very clean. The washrooms are decent size. Best of all because this is a Landmark theater, we do get to choose our seats without extra charge. We came on a Saturday morning when it was not very busy to watch Star Wars: The rise of Skywalker on December 29, 2019. The movie theater was somewhat quiet. We came for the 12:30pm showing. There are plenty of free parking outside. Popcorns here are ok. Not wow but very decent. They have the fancy pop machine here with lots of flavors. This is not a Cineplex theater so no points here. Popcorn prices are just as expensive as Cineplex Theater. Overall, it is a good theater! Would definitely come again.

We booted it over here with minutes to spare before the movie started, anticipating barely having time to grab popcorn or find seats together. Well, we shouldn't have worried! There was no line for snacks, and the theatre wasn't super full at all. I know that's not great for business for them, but it worked well for us. The seats are comfortable enough, and they have all the regular amenities of a cinema. I don't really have anything bad to say about them, for an older venue it's pretty well maintained, and they even have 3D! Part of my enjoyment is undoubtedly because of the movie itself (omg Mad Max: Fury Road) but the cinema itself didn't deaden the experience at all. Not saying that because it was only $2 for the movie, nor because the manager was super amazing and helpful with finding us the best snack packages and pre purchasing our tickets. This place receives a 5 star for the overall experience of a great movie theatre with fresh popcorn and a clean and satisfying theatre. Great job to the staff and a big thanks to the lady that helped us.

It seems like it should be far away from a city, but it is an interesting juxtaposition. There are a couple entrances and it's easy to spot from the street if you look closely. There is a traditional Japanese gate that opens up into a beautiful area of trees, flowers and water features. On the right side of the entrance is a rock garden in which the gravel is swept in a specific pattern. I liked walking around and looking at all the interesting trees and shrubs. There is a small waterfall in the corner and a large koi pond in the middle. There is a cute bridge that crosses the pond and it's a nice place to take pictures. In the spring/summer the flowers are blooming. There were a couple of beautiful pink peonies and a few water lilies in bloom. There was also a small tree that backdropped a bench with flowers that were very fragrant. A bunch of rowdy kids were jumping along the rocks and throwing leaves in the pond as their mother watched. I guess they didn't read the sign outside about etiquette. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would recommend it to others.
