I was informed every step of the way and Clayton my sales rep was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions promptly. No high pressure sales pitch which I hate. I have a large home with a steep roof and extensive landscaping with a barn to match. The crew was on time, extremely efficient. I was worried about clean up because of my dogs but not a single nail was left behind. The crew was friendly and the work was superb. landmark had originally put my roof on a year later2022. I got hail damage and for over a month of contacting Edie than Blake by email, message or phone call they kept saying they would get back with me or will be there. I will call you . I went to Owen Corning and got another contractor. I would not use them just because they could not do a follow up later. read more

I had a small roof repair/patch .30 min. max job ..they told me there was a minimum $750.00 charge for all roof repairs. That's Crazy!!!!!

I had them install a new roof & gutters. I would use them again. My sales rep Jon was friendly & helpful. They cleaned up well. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them to others read more

Horrible customer service! Unresponsive owner after reporting thousands of dollars in damage to my home during a roof installation project. No project manager, no extractors, poor cleanup of nails and debris, damage to gutter helmets, path and flood lighting, wood and trim paint, rude operations manager, and more. I had a new roof installed along with new gutters & down spouts. I was told in 2 weeks it would be installed. I was given a ESTIMATE this was my first mistake as when the job was completed the bill was much higher, this is when I learned my first lesson in ESTIMATE & QUOTE. I was also told that they would start early in morning, when I arrived home at 6pm they were still tearing off my old roof and it was after 9pm before they finally completed all the hammering & noise. It was already dark outside so I couldn't really see all the mess they had left behind. I was patient the next morning and assumed they would be back that day to clean up. I arrived home to find the same mess I had that morning.I called and was told the supervisor would come out and inspect. I also told them that there was nails,staples & shingle mess along with tar paper & a pallet of shingles & other material around my yard and they had sheets of plywood in my neighbor's yard. A man came a couple of days later with all kinds of excuses (late start on job because another job took longer, he had assumed that someone had came back to clean up) They finally came out & picked up alot of the mess but all the staples & srews/nails were still all over my landscaping patio & yard. They sent someone back out the following week after I made several complaint calls he pushed something around the yard that was suppose to clean up the mess. It did not clean up anything as I spent the rest of the fall the following spring, summer, fall & now winter still cleaning up the mess. They never contacted me & were very difficult to work with. After a year I received a invitation to give a review so I wrote exactly what I have written here and stated I would NEVER recommend them to anyone as I am a single older woman on a low income & feel I was taken advantage of by being charged hundreds of dollars more then ESTIMATED ( also they claimed they replaced 7 sheets of plywood, there were only 5 sheets laying in my neighbor's yard) they then still charged me for six. After I sent the review I went back to check if they responded to my review & realized they had removed my review. I was so angry so i submitted it again. When i sent back again there was a comment from the owner stating they attempted to contact me, but I did not respond so this issue is no longer acceptable. I feel reviews are good for consumers good and bad help them to make wise choices. I was advised by a friend to submit a review on Yelp because they can't remove it from here. I was never contacted by the owner & this was probably just another excuse something they are experts at giving. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of the mess outside I did have 4 at ziplock bags of all the staples & nails to show them what I picked up from my yard if they had contacted me back from my review but I finally had thrown them away after they claimed to having contacting me. Feeling that my complaint was useless in helping others to know what kind of company they are. As I stated I am a older woman and believed what the salesman promised me. Oh and one final thing I had contacted a company for a quote on gutter guards, They said my gutters would have to be replaced if they couldn't fix them because they were what they called a frown face. I told them they were brand new and I had brought that to the attention to the company that did them & was told this was so the water would flow to each end of the gutter, but I never seen other houses look like this. He said he felt very sorry that I was so mislead & taken advantage of. He advised me to write a review on there page but there was no where I could find to do that. This was before I received the invitation to submit my review so this issue of the gutters was also included in the review they deleted. read more
