The lady that answered the phone knew EXACTLY what to get and hooked me up. She asked my budget (and hit the number on the first guess) and said she'd stick some pretty flowers in it to make her coworkers jealous and boy did it work! Great job. Will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone I know in Augusta. For what I paid, she made a beautiful arrangement. I called a bit after 9 AM and gave her all the info and she had them delivered before 11 AM.

Paid $100 for flowers to be delivered today and got confirmation of payment and the delivery date…read morewas set for today...THEY NEVER DELIVERED. Now I have to cancel the order because the person they were ment for is going out of town tomorrow and try to get my money back. For one of the top flower shops in the CSRA this is absolutely unacceptable. Will not use this shop again.

They were delivered by a lovely, kind elderly couple to me, and the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous; made with roses and all types of other fragrant flowers and greenery. I'm 81 years old and have never had such a gloriously beautifull and fragrant bouquet! The end of July I put the dried flowers into a mesh bag to make a potpourri and they still are fragrancing my room! And bringing back lovely memories of the bouquet in its original form. I HIGHLY wish Ebony the best success, and I HIGHLY recommend this business!

I received beautiful flowers from this florist, however my issue is not with the flowers…read more Unfortunately, they were delivered to the wrong address even though on the card it had the correct address. If a friendly neighbor did not pick them up and track me down it is possible I wouldn't have received them at all. The neighbor said they just left them on the porch and the deliverer was already gone before they could let them know it was the wrong address. It would be nice to have an E-mail confirmation sent out and have the person sign for them, to assure correct address. I was also hoping to preserve some of the flowers, but by the time I received flowers they were already beginning to wilt.
