Told JO about the mold in tbe tub due to the guy not properly resealing the tub and the baby having rashes every time she bathes- they literally did nothing and have never come to help in months of telling them. They fix things up when management comes and then when corporate isn't here- they will not help and if you ask for help- you will start to hear the staff just talk shit about you. Complex is full of kids who are bullies. But staff refused to reply to emails- or handle any major issues. I would like to speak to corporate. Had been here 3 years, never paid a day late, never had a violation and they do not care. They only care about putting on a show for corporate and then leave tenants stuck in horrible housing. They also use ready made services to patch up units and then never actually repair them. So when people move out- patched fall off and they try to charge you damages. You will lose GOOD paying tenants bc the office staff treat you like you're worthless. Someone from corporate should really come down and spend a week here, or completely undo the staff. This place needs Samantha back- she was the ONLY one who ever helped.

It's a very quiet, well maintained complex that it even better value given the low rent. It's also a very quick 10 minute drive to Corpus. The buildings are older so they don't look just overly plush, but it's certainly livable even for someone picky like me. It was definitely adequate. On the outside, the buildings look older and even the interiors are dated, but the maintainence is impecible and is usually on top of things in 24 hours. The most problems I ever had with my unit were the A/C going out and the garbage disposal. Both were replaced asap and had me back up and running in 2 days (b/c of a parts shortage) Cindy in the office is a very nice person and has shown me respect and courtesy every time I've had an issue. I would certainly have stayed, but got a job in Austin and had to move. Would definitely move in again.

At move-out, I was initially told I owed over $700 for various charges, including alleged carpet staining that I did not cause. I requested to see the condition of the carpet at the time, but I was not allowed access to verify it myself. I later worked with a property manager at the time who reviewed the situation and cleared the remaining balance, bringing my account to $0 owed. However, the issue was never properly resolved long-term. A later employee I dealt with did not take the matter seriously and dismissed my concerns, stating she deals with many people every day, which came across as though my issue was not a priority. Despite my account showing a $0 balance, I continue to receive calls from debt collectors on a regular basis. I have also submitted disputes twice, but the charges continue to be validated by the property. This has now negatively impacted my credit for years, despite the fact that I no longer owe any balance. It has been extremely frustrating trying to resolve something that should have been fully closed years ago.
