I have been a loyal customer for years. However, the items that I bought recently have been sub par. I bought several long sleeve shirts that shrank considerably after being washed. I no longer wear them as they shrank in the length and have become uncomfortable & unsightly. My squall jacket isn't made well either. I always have a problem with the zipper. I bought waterproof boots for the winter & my feet get wet. Lands' End products are not well made anymore so I will cease purchasing them. read more

Never ever shop here. Their customer service has degraded to really lousy. I bought a large order and they sent it via UPS but I was not home so it wasn't delivered. I checked order status and couldn't figure out what was going on, and the "live agent" told me it would arrive on a certain date. It did not. When I checked, it had been returned to their facility in Wisconsin. This was almost 1 month after I ordered. I connected with the 'live agent' again and they said they would have to process it before giving me a refund and they refused to resend me any items. I asked them repeatedly why their agent had previously given me wrong information and they had no answers. They used to have good customer service. They no longer do. Don't buy here. read more

I purchased a Land's End winter jacket. The vest pocket was ironed on (like an iron-on patch). It peeled off. I purchased the jacket before the new policy of refusing returns after 90 days. Land's End will NOT repair​. read more

The company I worked for gives a yearly voucher for uniforms to be purchased at Land's End. I placed my order, and unfortunately, they did not fit, they needed hemming. I called & spoke with Joni (supervisor) and asked her if I could make an exchange on 8 pants, have 4 pants hemmed from a previous order, and 2 skirts returned, she agreed. She asked that I write a detail note, attached to my order, instructing them what I wanted to do. She also stated that she too would make a note in the computer, so there would be no confusion. As she asked me questions, I could hear the clicking of the computer as she types. A few weeks, later I received my package but, it was not the quantity of merchandise I was expecting. I called to enquire, and I was meet with confusion. No one seem to know what I was talking about. Everyone I spoke with kept mentioning 8 pants, but didn't seem to know anything about the 4 pants for hemming, and the 2 skirts for return. (They were all mailed in the same package). I asked several representatives including Robyn & Rebecca to check Joannie's notes, but they all refused, had attituded, and kept telling me they don't see my order. Rebecca, kept asking OVER, and OVER "what order were those 4 pants, and 2 skirts on?" I told her I did not know, and no matter how many times she ask, my answer will be the same. She told me that Land's End return policy was changed to 90 days. (I was not aware). She assured me that she would resolved my issues, but not before giving me a lecture of how rude I was to her staff, and that she was going to pull my recorded conversation and have my manager listen to it. She even tried to convince me that this was something that they've done in the past. She even threaten to pull prior calls, and told that if I was ever notified of Land's End 90 days policy, my 4 pants, and 2 skirts would NOT be returned to me, and I would NOT be credited. How dear you! This statement was repeated not once, not twice, several times. I listened without interruptions. When she was done, I said "Well, it was my perception that Land's End policy was...." When I was rudely interrupted "Your perception is not facts!!" I said to her, "When you were talking, I did not interrupt, I listened, as you repeated yourself over & over. Now, I am going to talk, and you're going to listen. As I said before it was my perception, (perception does not mean facts), that Land's End policy was - you could return anything, at any time. By the way, I did NOT ask for a return on my 4 pants, I asked for them to be hemmed, and sent back to me, and a return on the 2 skirts. Also, I was NEVER aware, and was NEVER told by anyone that Land's End had changed their return policy to 90. You also will NEVER find in any note (beside when I spoke to Joni) or find any recording of anyone telling me about a 90 days policy". Rebecca went through my order, read the notes, then she said "Oh! I see that you were only told by Joni about our 90-day policy". She continued to read, then she said -"I see the disconnect. Your order was flagged in the computer as 7 separate returns". What she was trying to explain was - my returns was to be done as one transaction, but someone separated them in 7 different transactions. This means that if I had 7 returns, someone would have likely made me aware of their new policy, when return #1was done. They saw 7 returns, so they assumed that I was already told 7 times what their return policy is. The following day Jill the executive director called me to clarify what was going on. She never apologize. I told her I was treated unfairly, and discriminated against, based on the flags that they placed on my account. The following day Jill called my supervisor, told her I was rude to her employees, claimed I screamed at them, made 3 cried, & I claimed racial discrimination, (not bias discrimination) and I was returning items that were purchased 4-year ago. Never once did Jill, or anyone at Land's End apologize for their mistakes. They doubled down to made me look like a criminal!! Jill's intention was to have me terminated from my job. Even though JILL knew what had caused the disconnect, she never mention it to me, nor my supervisor. She never made my supervisor aware that I had spoken to Joni, and Joni had approved me sending my merchandise back. Joni's notes was in the computer, they all saw it, and ignored it. I was even threatened by JILL that my conversation was taped, and will be presented to my employer. For all employee who order uniforms from Lands please be aware that your phone conversations can be used against you, "Illegally". read more

I want to thank you for updating the account and reversing the late fee I understand lands end has nothing to do with credit card side of the account but the people taking the payments were rude and no help in this matter I will make sure I pay directly through my bank for my kids uniforms for now on avoiding this problem going forward read more

Land's End was associated with the Sears brand but somehow they broke free. I must say, my wife *loves* this brand. Why? Because they have a large petite section. When you combine quality clothing with superior customer service, I can see why she loves to shop at Land's End. This clothing brand creates a fun and casual approach to apparel. Covering all seasons, Land's End creates clothing for both Men & Woman. My wife would shop and come home with a complete outfit in her correct size. Land's End has a nice website but it's easier to shop in the store and try on the outfits directly. We walked into the new store and headed toward the petite section. My wife? She's in the zone, trying on new jeans and tops. I look over to the mens section (I'm not petite) and see a few winter items like sweaters and turtlenecks. My wife pays for her new clothes and I'm a great husband for taking her to Land's End. I have bought around 8 pairs of their pull-on corduroy pants for winter. I LOVE THEM!!

Came into the store looking to do an exchange of a Therma-fleece 200, which was purchased a while back. I provided my proof of purchase and i explain that the zipper broke. While the store does not have the same item in stock, they gave me credit to my online account and i am now going back home to shop online for the same item. Its a shame they only have limited items at the store, but i am ok with shopping online. Sometimes it is nice to fee and see the textures but being that i am a loyal lands end customer, if i dont like the item. I can always return it. Will keep you posted of my new fleece when it arrives as the online store does have it in black, and all i had to do was use the online credit they gave me in the form of a gift card. read more

Awful customer experience with Balenciaga. On the 20th of April I placed an online order for the item I was subscribed that became available that day. The order went through and my card was charged accordingly. I also received an order registration mail. Today, on the 2nd of May, I decided to raise a status request as I had no other mails and notifications from Balenciaga. Balenciaga's response was a kind of 'oh, didn't you know the item is out of stock'? Sorry, how would I know that? Nobody even thought to notify me and propose to cancel my order. I also "like" their statement that I actually did not pay the order, it was just pre-authorisation and it will be cancelled as soon as I canceled the order.... What? My card was charged, that's it. And what if I did not raise the request today? You keep my order indefinite time? Ridiculous and disrespectful! read more

Customer service today was awful. I was directed to-and waited on- a particular line to make an online return for over ten minutes while three employees stood by. Finally one employee named Theresa told me she could process my return after I was told I had to wait on a particular line. I asked why she couldn't have helped me initially. Then I asked her if there was a receptacle for the plastic bag in which my order was delivered and instead of throwing it away, she pointed at the receptacle. Seriously? Could you have been any less gracious, Theresa? If this gal is claiming to be the manager, I shudder to think of the quality of the rest. Attitude adjustment of this employee is sorely needed. Help the customers instead of standing around doing nothing. read more

Ordered three swim suits that were on sale. Received a confirmation. Did not hear from them for three days so reached out to them regarding ship dates. To my surprise, they said sorry we don't have these in stock and we are refunding your money. However when I went back to the site they had both suits for purchase at higher prices. Sounds fishy to me. read more
