After signing the contract, we heard nothing from them for weeks. They finally showed up unannounced at 4:00 PM. The crew did a mediocre job on roughly three-quarters of the yard, then announced they were done for the day and would return the next day to finish. While on site, the workers took multiple long breaks. The lead spent a noticeable amount of time on his phone scrolling instead of supervising or working. When I asked why they weren't working, he simply said it was hot. It was warm, but they had only been actively working for about 50 minutes when I confronted him. They had been on-site for roughly 2.5 hours total. When they left, the lead claimed they had clocked two hours. The bill later charged us for the full time the truck was at our property (via GPS tracking), regardless of whether the crew was actually working. They also stated that the return visit would have a two-hour minimum. At $195 per hour for a three-man crew, this adds up very quickly for incomplete work. The crew ultimately left several areas with visible weeds untouched. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the work quality was subpar, and the billing practices felt unfair. This company is expensive and not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Initially, he was quick to respond and came over to look at my yard the day after I contacted him to give me an estimate. He started the weekly mowing, but kept delaying my spring cleanup and even "double booked" himself once. Mistakes happen, but he continued to jerk me around by telling me the cleanup could be done the following weekend. By the time the weekend rolled around, Erick could not do the cleanup because "the rain pushed everything back". Ok, I get it, weather is unpredictable. So we agreed upon the following Monday. Well, Monday came and went and Erick was a no show. I reached out to him several times to find out what was going on and if he had me in the schedule. No response. He completely went silent on me. This is incredibly frustrating as I contacted Erick over a month ago about a spring cleanup and was relying on this service to host a gathering in my back yard this week. But now I am stuck with a yard full of weeds. Erick is completely unprofessional and misleading. Avoid this company!

Good fair price, though still a good chunk of money but we're happy to pay fairly for good service. Other companies we called said they couldn't get to us for weeks and seemed to snub us for the small job - the manager/owner of B&B answered personally right away, treated us with great respect despite our small job (the key of any business!), followed through sending us a quote the next day exactly as they said. Came just days later (after a weekend in between) with super fresh sod, and installed it wonderfully - we didn't even need to be home. Only had to cut out a few holes in it ourselves to get our sprinklers through but they did a great job sizing it the rest of the way. Weeks later we've got the best looking grassy curb strip on the block. Only suggestion would be to have them include some kind of care instructions - we looked it up online somewhere else to make sure we watered it properly but would've been nice to have a little guidance there. Nothing that wouldn't make us refer friends to them or hire them again. Great service, easy and pleasant to work with.
