Delivered soil on wrong day. The soil itself seems fine, but since only my spouse was home , it was put where I didn't want it.

The young man at the register would not honor the coupon even though it was a mistake on their part. I just became a customer here last year but will not be returning after today. I was told that I was not the first customer that encountered this issue today but here we are at 5:30pm and no communication sent to the customers of their mistake. Below is a screenshot of the response I received from the "manager ". You can't give me a $500 reward to step foot back in that establishment after the response I received. She was called out on her shitty customer service and instead of responding like a manager with any type of class would she decided to respond with shittier customer service. Absolutely disgusting!!! As I read other reviews I'm not the only customer who has had the pleasure of dealing with this beauty . What a way to represent your establishment SMH! Seems like the screenshot with her original response keeps on deleting but her original response was "Geez. What is your address? I will mail you a personal check for $5. We gave people $5 all day yesterday but if you want $5, I will send you $5." SHE CLEARLY MISSED THE ENTIRE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PART AND FOCUSED ONLY ON THE $$$

All of the plants I bought have been thriving! The service at the desk was great and you can sign up to get a discount. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they said pet friendly but nowhere did it say we had to carry our dog in the greenhouse or she couldn't come with us, their reasoning is there are toxic plants in the greenhouse.

They are a little more…read moreexpensive than their competitors which we knew, but we loved the whole experience of the design and thought they were very professional. The reason why I wouldn't recommend this company is the quality of their support is subpar. Many of the plantings died within the first year even though they get watered daily. The trees don't grow, whereas trees we bought from other landscaping companies in the area are already taller than our house. The patio has loose pavers and the low voltage lighting doesn't work everywhere. Some lights work, others don't. When I asked about the lights, they said it's a supplier issue from China, however they've installed other patios in our neighborhood with lights. I guess it's only a supplier issue for warranty issues and not new installs. The issue with the loose pavers however is the reason I'm writing this review. When I called to asked them to come out and take a look, they told me they can't take support calls like this over the phone instead I would need to email them. I don't understand how a company that I paid thousands of dollars to for a patio won't talk to me on the phone. I now have to wait days for a reply via email. Ridiculous Also, they are going to reply to this review asking me to call them and speak to management. That's a waste of time as when I call the person on the phone will say "send us an email". Terrible.

Any business that treats a potential customer like they're doing them a favor truly isn't worth it…read more The new owner came to my house, sent a proposal for a minimum of five trees - which I agreed to - and scheduled delivery/installation for the end of the week. I even took two days off (Thursday & Friday) to accommodate their arrival. He never showed. No call. No email. Nothing. Only after I reached out did I get a half-baked apology and a promise for "next week." Once bitten, twice shy - I didn't rearrange my schedule again. And surprise, surprise... he didn't show then either. After multiple calls and multiple trips back to their nursery, I finally decided to walk away. I genuinely wanted to support a local business, especially since I'd heard good things back when the old owner and James' father ran the place. Whatever this new operation is, it's not that. The scheduling is loose, vague, and entirely for their convenience, with zero regard for the customer's time. And when they don't meet even their own open-ended commitments, there's still no remorse - almost as if avoiding accountability is the business model. Must be nice to be handed something instead of having to build it from the ground up. Given the other reviews I'm now seeing, I may have dodged a bullet. Good riddance, Truesdale.

I recently moved into an old house that required extensive renovations in Plainfield. I was…read morefortunate enough to find Perfect Circuit. Since the company was new to me I started with a few simple light instillations. I usually performs these myself but the house was old and didn't have standard electrical boxes. Instead I was faced with plaster walls and gas pipes with old wiring. They sent a guy named Mike to my house. He was timely, polite, neat and really listened to what I needed and how I wanted it done. I was so pleased with his work that I decided to venture on and discuss the rest of the work that needed to be done. The house had a series of sconces that were all wired separately and needed to be connected. The challenge was that the walls in the room were artisan and could not be cut into so everything had to be accessed from either the ceiling or from below. He brought back another technician (who's name is also Mike). Together they made what seemed almost impossible happen. They took great pride in helping me achieve my personal vision and brought light into a very dark house. We had extensive conversations about new products, the best way to light the spaces and they gave me options instead of just saying "this is the way that we do it". I really appreciated their expertise. They consistently worked so hard that I found myself wondering when they would take a moment to at least eat lunch. They were tireless in their efforts and ultimately made everything that I asked for possible. I feel fortunate to have found the "Mike's" and to say that I'm a very happy customer of Perfect Circuit. So that you don't think I'm blowing smoke here are the Cons to the company: The booking process is cumbersome and should be reconsidered. If you are having work done and it turnes out that you need an additional day you can't book it through the technician that you are dealing with. You have to call the office the next day and see how soon something can be scheduled. This leaves unnecessary a lag time in the process and in my opinion could be handled better. Additionally most of the time when you call you get a tape, not a person and that's a bit off putting especially for new customers. Lastly there can sometimes be a bit of a communication breakdown between the office and the technicians that you actually meet. We had one billing and booking misunderstanding but it was all rectified quickly and politely. Overall I recommend them highly and will without question be using them again for future renovations.
