Saloon is quite spacious and have beautiful decor , big couches to sit, mirrors everywhere, three chair hair washing station and some retail displayed for you to purchase. Front desk lady is very sweet spoken, helpful and always smiling. She not only act as a coordinator for the stylists but deals effectively with every client walking in. My stylist asked me what i wanted to get done . Even though i booked consultation appointment but ended up taking the service. Got beautiful touch up ombre to my hair n then 18" extensions. They took their time and deby was always checking in from time to time. While you get your services, they can order food for you (u pay for it but its just that they go extra mile to give you that service of ordering and paying on ur behalf. I appreciated it) from nearby restaurants and enjoy their free drinks. Now that is something you will be provided in every other saloon in texas but I really liked the quality of wine. Too smooth and with a kick. Once your service is done, be ready for a good photoshoot for their social media . They book your follow up appointment then and there if you prefer. They also give you instructions to take care of the hair color or extensions or any service you take. I really liked that they sent me pictures on my cellphone of the instructions because i forgot the package there. Bad experience and would not go back. Here is why…read more I had scheduled a time/day to get my hair cut. The stylist took 6 hours (no exaggeration) to do my hair. It got to the point where it was 10:00 p.m. and I just had to leave. I couldn't take it any more. She didn't even finish my hair all the way and she made me very uncomfortable. It wasn't until the next day that I realized just how bad my hair really was. My roots were not even touched and my hair was very uneven. To say that this was the worst haircut/dye that I have ever received, is an understatement. So naturally, I decided to go back to the salon and just ask them to fix it. I didn't make a big deal about it at all and I would have been fine just getting it fixed. Upon entering the salon the following day, I spoke with Jeff and explained my situation and how I requested to have my hair fixed. Jeff then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for another appointment...I politely explained the situation again and requested that my roots just be touched up and my uneven hair trimmed. Jeff stated he would have to speak to his supervisor (maybe, the owner?), Melissa and I would be contacted. Was I contacted? Nope. In fact multiple times I had to follow up and send multiple pictures to finally get another appointment scheduled. Luckily, when I came in and got my hair fixed, a new stylist fixed my hair and I was pleasantly relieved. It should be reiterated that no one including the supervisor, Melissa, the owner, or anyone ever contacted me to apologize including when I came back in person to get my hair fixed. In addition, I should also point out that whenever a stylist leaves the salon, the company sends out emails, and at times will explain why the stylist left. For one particular stylist, the email stated, "XXXX has left Willow Sage Salon on unfortunate terms. Her conduct has not been in line with our values, and we cannot continue working with her." In my opinion, this is unprofessional and these type of things should be kept in house. There is no need to air dirty laundry out to the public. By doing this, it doesn't reflect positively on the business and raises questions about the company and business practices. To summarize, all of this could have been easily avoided and I wouldn't have posted a review if better customer service would have been implemented. The owner or supervisor-anyone should have contacted me, apologized and resolved the problem immediately by booking another appointment. I shouldn't have had to continue to follow up multiple times etc. I will never go back. Do not recommend.

She is very friendly and super efficient at her job. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. She gave my daughter an excellent haircut, as well as some tips and tricks for tangles, and also a balloon, lollipop and a free headband of my daughter's choosing! It really doesn't get any better, friends. The store is always neat and tidy, with a fun play area for kids, video game area included.
