Everybody was welcoming & friendly, starting with the receptionist, who never lost her smile nor her composure despite having to deal with several patients and the phone at the same time. Dr. Goldstein was also welcoming, she was patient and friendly, yet very professional. She took all the time I needed to explain my condition, which made me feel she really cared. I felt appreciated, which is so important to a patient when you're sick and looking for answers. I left the office feeling better emotionally speaking, hopeful and specially grateful. I now live in Nevada but will never forget how good an experience I had that day. A+!!!

She is close to 80 years old, no regard for her age what really got me was when he said one of the other Drs may have been able to complete the full exam. I then remembered the same Dr two years earlier performed an endoscopy on me and was asked and said he would check the bile duct. As I walked in, it was as though I had known Lorna and the doctor for a lifetime. They were so good to me that words cannot describe it. Dr. Kosches is a funny, gentle, and patient individual who explains everything clearly. I caught a HORRIBLE parasite, and he was able to identify it. I have returned to this office for referrals to other doctors, a colonoscopy, and just to say hello. Lorna is a very loving woman who commands respect. The office staff is always friendly, efficient and minimal wait time (normal). They do the procedures in their own facility, which is a plus. His demeanor is always confidence inducing, while smiling and has a nice personality. An expert in his field!
