Extremely disappointing experience, especially given my family has used this office for over a…read moredecade. I met with them in December and was told they were happy to take me on as a new client, with clear guidance that documents could be emailed. I submitted the majority of my forms on 2/16 and clearly communicated that one document was still pending. I uploaded the final form on 3/11 and followed up on 3/16 to confirm receipt--no response. On 3/24, after continued silence, I called the office and was told my return would require an extension and would not be completed by the deadline, which was surprising given how early everything was submitted. That same day, my parents--who have been clients for over 10 years--went into the office and were told that my return was being worked on. On 4/3, I called again for an update and was told there was no clear timeline. When Sam called me back, he admitted he had not even started my return, estimated "next Friday most likely," and then told me to "stop calling" the office. I only reached out a couple of times due to the complete lack of communication on their end. For something as time-sensitive and important as taxes, this level of disorganization and dismissive communication is unacceptable. Update: After posting this review, the firm dropped my parents as clients despite their long-standing relationship of over a decade. While businesses can choose their clients, the timing and handling of this situation further reflect the lack of professionalism and client care described above--especially during tax season.
