The renter they found and took a months commission for, due to a emergency needs to cancel the lease after being in our home for less than 3 months. So we reached out to Luxury and asked if they would help us find new replacement renter or at least prorate their fee we paid, they said since we are not using them monthly that we will have to pay again to find a new renter! To me that is wrong. I called another prop manager to run this scenario and they said not a good practice. Wish we went with PMI instead because they said they would have made this right. Anyway if Luxury thinks it is the right thing to do charge a whole month rent for a renter that stays 3 months that tells me so much.
