She took care of me my whole laboring process and was very kind and explained every step in detail. She even got on my bed to help me turn my baby so he'd deliver the correct way. I don't think I could've asked for a better nurse to help me than Danielle. I could go on and on about how my experience was just so amazing! It was great! 2022 - I was not called, texted or sent a reminder card for my annual exam. I was concerned that they lost my information. I am proactive in my health care - I called the office to schedule my annual exam & I learn new information. I am informed that annual exams are no longer necessary. If precious screening is negative - I can be screened every 3 years now. This might be new protocol. I accept this medical advice. I am 53 years old and I have always had OBGyn doctors pre schedule for the follow year annual exam. with post cards, texts and phone calls. it's a sign of the seriousness of this annual exam. additionally- I'm a breast cancer patient so I followed up this year with my oncologist -who insisted that I get an annual GYN exam. My oncologist had not heard of periodic - every 3year-pelvic exam. I called RJWH and made my annual pelvic exam appointment. I told them that my insurance changed. They assured me that they honor my carrier. Today -when I showed up for my appointment -I was told that JRWH does take my insurance- but not my specific plan. I had to go on my insurance portal and find a new OBGyn. Now I am a new OB patient - at a new office and new patient appointments are 3 months out! Note to : Front office- all patients should have insurance verified before appointment. Patients in cancer treatment should be screened.

A few weeks prior to said appointment, I was in the emergency room due to the pain and suspected that one of the endometriomas has burst. The emergency room doctor told me that I MUST see an OB/GYN immediately, so I scheduled with Dr. Colby. Against the recommendation of my GP, my visit to the ER, my ultrasound and MRI results, Dr. Colby dismissed all my symptoms (many which I've experienced for years) and told me to either look into birth control or just take more pain medication. I was ignored when I told him that I'd unsuccessfully tried birth control and that only high dose of pain meds that helped my pain were unsustainable. (The ER doc threatened me within An inch of my life to NEVER take that dosage again) Please don't visit this medical office! They will dismiss your concerns, belittle you in the process and their online payment system doesn't even work.

I consistently stay within my window and policy with the shot only mandates a urine test if you are out of your window. It was just a surprise and a bit disappointing for the added inconvenience if I am in my window and doing my yearly's. They don't even have a window to put samples in so you are leaving it out on a shelf with no labeling or clean catch supplies. I hope they reconsider as this makes these appts hard but the location and over all care is good.

My new insurance provider did not cover my particular type of BC on their list of preventatives (which per the Affordable Care Act, preventatives are covered without copayment), but Dr. Faircloth ensured me that she would get it figured out as I told her other BCs gave me problems. They submitted the scrip to my pharmacy who said it was being charged at $25. I called my insurance who said my doctor needed to file an appeal that it was for preventative purposes vs for treatment of other medical issues, and it would be covered at no cost. I let Dr. Faircloth's office know that, but I received a call from her nurse saying that they said they would only get it covered, and it's not their problem that it's not being filled as a preventative and they can't do anything (other than suggesting that I switch health insurance providers??? Which thanks for the great suggestion, my employer only gave me one option). So my option is find some doctor who is willing to put in the legwork or pay $300/yr to not get pregnant.

She has gotten to know me as a person and remembers things about my life when I come in for visits. I feel cared for and safe in her care. When I had my first child, Dr. Horvath happened to be unavailable and Dr. Johnson stepped in and delivered my doctor. He also made me feel immediately comfortable and safe. The day after my daughter was born I was pleasantly surprised when the door to my postpartum room opened and Dr. Horvath came in to check on me and see my baby. She stayed and chatted with me. In every interaction I have had over the past several years with this practice I can say with confidence that the entire staff are professional and truly take the mother's best interest to heart. Also, we were able to get the care we needed for our daughter to get better without the use of antibiotics, which was a real blessing for her little body! The dr. spent plenty of time with us and listened carefully to all our concerns. She also came up with a great plan to help my daughter get better. My only complaint is that the dr. we saw didn't really explain things very well to us. She didn't really tell us what each treatment did or educate us. However, she did make herself available to e-mail correspondence so we were able to ask many follow up questions. Thanks Full Circle Care!
