Never received any updates on scheduling a specific date. October came and went and did not hear anything. While I happened to be out of town, they called in February saying a crew was on their way and if they did not hear back, they'd take the trees down. Once I received the message, I was initially happy that it finally got done. When arriving home, it was a different story. The outside furniture that they had to move, was not put back (again, I was out of town not expecting them to be there), there was significant sawdust and waste in the yard (which I was told would be cleaned up later but it was not, or if it was, it was not done well), trash from the crew was left and I had to throw it away, a new, bald spot of brown was in our yard (I expected tire tracks and some of that, but not a new spot with no grass), and a yard sign was broken. I did not get any information after the fact of what type of "destruction" to expect, which would have been nice to know. Given what the cost was, I was disappointed with the overall work and attention to detail. It looked rushed and seemed like they did not really care about the customer and house they were working around.
