I called for a quote and had one within 2 hours from Mark the owner. He put me on the calendar and a week later, when the weather was good he sent a large crew out to work on my property! I thought the guys did a good job, but filled the truck and left for lunch.. They left 3 rakes and a tarp of leaves at the end of the drive way. I thought they would be coming back to finish and also do another sweep of the acorns. After they didn't show up for a few hours, I called and Mark he assured me they would be back to finish up.. They came back and picked up the tarp of leaves but never grabbed their rakes of did another go around to get the acorns. I thought they would be coming back and they never did.. This left me a little frustrated, and the owner of 3 rakes... A couple days later I got my bill which was around 50 dollar more then I was quoted.. So I called Mark addressed my concerns that they left 3 rakes, and never really dug down and got the acorns, also there was still a decent amount of leave stuck in bushes and around the property! He apologied and put us back on the calendar for no extra cost.. Another crew came the next week and really got back to cleaning up.. I appreciated Mark.. the owner listening to my concerns and then taking care of business.. What could have been a 2-3 star rating, ended up being a 5 cause they solved the problem and came back and did a great job.. And got their rakes too.
