They installed the washer and dryer with no issues. We did have a problem with the microwave but they were very good about getting it fixed. I have been in the store and everyone is very pleasant to work with. We were also doing a fundraiser and we stopped back to ask for a donation from them. We were looking for a new bed. He educated (beducated as he put it) on the benefits of a good night rest. He asked us a lot of questions and showed us the ones that he thought would be best. He explained why he selected the mattresses he did. We tried out a few and ended up going with a Tempur-pedic. The price was a bit of a scare, Steve explained how when selecting a mattress, it is an investment in our health which made sense. After we were finished up, my wife and I chose the Cloud Elite with the movable base. We love our mattress. I would have never spent the money that we did without being explained why the investment is worth it the way Steve did. We are sleeping great. Thank you Steve.
