I could not be any happier and have already recommended them to our friends/neighbors. Most quotes gave us the "internet" price which was using satellite images, but Todd came out, walked our roof, and gave us the best recommendations/advice. During the install, there were updates with before and after photos, quality materials that exceeded other quotes, and just great oversight/comfort with the whole team! They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly. He turned the pressure up to 160 (60 is the max per professionals). The valve had to be replaced and we paid $1,000 to a master plumber to re - plumb correctly and replace the valve. The ceiling fan was wired backward. They would not return my calls or text when I asked them to come fix it. Very poor quality and customer service.
