QUICK, cleaning was as expected. i supplied carpet cleaner and chemicals and a Dyson vacuum. They said they would remove small finishing nails, fill in the holes, and remove the three double sided tape we used to hang pictures. They did not do this as a result, i was charged over $60.00 dollars by the painter, of the complex, to remove the three 1"x 4" strips of tape. i mentioned to the staff that it was vital they removed those items & i was ensured it would be done but shame on me for not walking through the apartment until final walk through of the move out. I was happy with the cleaning of the empty apartment and empty appliances, but i removed one star for not doing the three items I specifically requested and they said they would do. in addition i supplied the carpet cleaner, chemicals, and the heavy duty vacuum. i wish them well! read more

Ray (of Raycon) responded quickly and with a fair price for a move-out deep clean of my home. There was a small hiccup when he told me his scheduled cleaner got into a minor traffic accident on the way to my place. She was okay, he said, but her car wasn't. He said she couldn't make it. I admit I was concerned that this may have just been a story. There are unscrupulous people out there, and Raycon hadn't had any reviews on Yelp as of this writing, so I was a little apprehensive. He assured me he would make it right, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He was able to reschedule two of his other cleaners for the next day. They did a wonderful job. Scrubbed and polished and dusted and vacuumed and deep-cleaned the carpet (twice). They even helped clean out the garage, which had some trash left there. Never was able to get things set up ... they sent someone to clean our office before establishing a rate etc. And sent the individual to the wrong location on a day we are closed. read more
