Lanier Landing is one of, if not the best property to live at in Brunswick. I am sad that I have to move but I will say this property is truly amazing. The management staff is top notch and the amenities are top notch. From the pool, to volleyball and the putting green, you everything you may need to make your living experience top notch. Maintenance is always there quickly and efficiently to fix what needs to be fixed. Absolutely love the smart home features. If you are looking for a great place to live with friendly neighbors and an amazing staff that will take care if you from the start of your lease till the end of it, this is the place to choose. read more

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. They gave us an extreme amount of push back on our service dog, because they couldn't "see my disability" . We had to get a lawyer after we had already submitted forms from a medical provider. We also had to file a claim with HUD. Maintenance us RUDE and lazy . Several things were promised to be fixed when we moved in and no one ever fixed a single thing. Housing staff are stuck up. I absolutely could not wait to get out of there. 3 years later, apartment dodges calls and lies in responses. No stains were present at move out. Apartment was professionally cleaned. I've got personal testimonies from several others about their shady underhanded tactics. WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE Moving here was the worst mistake I ever made in my life. This place is a run down dump that used to total crap. And they dressed it up by installing the cheapest USED stainless steel appliances and called it a full remodel. They will also lie to you about hidden fees. And even if you hire professional cleaners to clear the apartment when you move out, they will keep your deposit. Crime is terrible. Neighborhood is noisy. Staff is the worst imaginable. Air condition broke 6 times in 2 years. Air handler is not properly designed and floods the kitchen every few weeks. Management is terrible. Way overpriced for what it is. Message me if you'd like to hear all the nightmares I encountered living there. read more

If anyone is looking to move in here, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. We had the absolute worst experience here, especially with moving out. We moved out early and had to pay a move out fee (which I totally understand) and it was over $4,000. Once we moved out and they sent us our final bill for that, we paid it. Then they found something ELSE to charge us for and sent us ANOTHER "final bill". After that got taken care of, they sent us YET ANOTHER charge and a "final bill" again with a note that said if it wasn't paid, it would be sent to collections. Now, we have no way to pay this pill anywhere and we can't even contact anyone at the property because they just continuously ignore my calls. They are withholding my package that was delivered there, won't tell me where these charges keep coming from, and refuse to even speak to me. Save yourself some trouble and go to a different apartment complex. read more

I must give 5 stars across the board. Can you say Excellent! My wife and I have been in the process of moving in to Lanier Landing Apartments and it has been an awesome experience. From the time that I have contacted the front office and began speaking with Kiana. You cannot ask for anyone nicer, professional, anyone more helpful, or more welcoming. She is your friend from the start and Hailey she too is a wonderful Office Manager who is very thoughtful and extremely kind, upbeat, and very pleasant to talk with. One other aspect I must mention is the quick maintenance request or service requests. If you have a request no matter how big or small it may be David is your guy. You talk about fast. Wow! This guy is on it! Before we even began to even blink he was already repairing minor things that we had spotted. For instance, the ice maker in the freezer of our refrigerator wasn't working for some reason and he fixed it in a matter of minutes. Every time we go by the apartment David and his crew are busy cutting grass or trimming trees or picking up paper. These guys are on it! Just today, I saw them bring a whole truck load of brand new carpets into the apartment complex. We are extremely happy with this team and our new home. We are not completely moved yet but from everything I have seen so far it is awesome! We have reserved parking. The complex has a very nice pool, fire pit, fitness center, business center, and many other amenities. It is really a great place to be and live! We love it! Thank you for the great job and the very warm welcome Kiana, Hailey, and David. There will always be those who you can never make one hundred percent happy because they don't understand that in order to achieve full happiness it starts within. Don't move here!! After you move out they continually tack on charges, I've requested for days to see the utilities I'm being charged for after I moved out, I'm still waiting, my charges change almost daily, went from $40.00 to $68.00 to $168.00 today it's $268.00. I don't expect to get any of my security deposit back, they will make sure they find something, anything to keep all of it. High turnover in staffing. Rent any place else but here,you will save yourself some frustration and money when you move out. read more

We have lived here for a year now! Only reason we are moving is because we found a place to live on the Island. This place has been wonderful, and we would stay if more of our everyday activities were in Brunswick. The team here including maintenance are always more than willing to help, and are incredibly pleasant each time we call. The grounds are immaculate and lawn service is done once a week. We have always had great neighbors, and very few instances with police to be involved. Always very minor. I was very pleased living here and never felt unsafe, and proud to live somewhere so nice. The prices are a little high, but for the size it is worth it and has kept the great neighbors! read more

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I moved in they told me my apartment did not get remodeled. I was ok with that as the apartment was still nice. Now three years later I move out and they are trying to charge me for a carpet replacement. I had an inspection a month before I moved out and was told the carpets were good that they only needed to be "stretched" and that wasn't due to me it was just due to being lived in. Also I had problems with the AC and called it in a few times. The day before I was moving out the motor blew on the unit. I get my electric bill and it was $129 for only 12 days. I bring it to the attention of the front office and they tell me it had nothing to do with the fact that the AC motor was dying and they wouldn't cover the bill. Now they aren't even returning emails and I am in the military and can't just go to the office as I've been transferred 8 hours away. read more

I moved here a month ago from Denver, because I got a job transfer. I didn't see the apartment before I rented it, which is something I never do, but I didn't have time to do an apartment search before I was due to report. This place is beautiful! Completely updated, quiet, and all of the people here to include residents, leasing staff and maintenance staff are so helpful and friendly! My little dogs love the new dog park "The Bark Park" and I'm so close to my new job. This place is close to everything, shops, restaurants, you name it you can get there in 5 minutes or less. Right now the landscaping is being refreshed and is already very beautiful. I'm so happy I'm here, and less than half of what I was paying in Denver. Love love love it! Mary read more

We have lived in the Lanier Landing Apartments for just over 8 months. My husband and I felt welcomed right away and loved how cute the apartment homes are. We had looked at other places and we noticed a significant difference in price and how well maintained these apartments are compared to the others. Lanier Landing definitely takes care of their renters and we have always been treated with kindness and respect. The pool is beautiful and always kept clean. We haven't had many maintenance issues, but on the few occasions we've needed a little help, there crew came over quickly and fixed whatever we needed. We have felt very well taken care of during our time here. Treena and Alexis are professional and fun and are always happy to see us when we come in to the office. There are monthly events for the community of tenants too. They made our transition to a new city so much easier and helped us get settled quickly. read more

I've been at Lanier Landing for over a year now. My original plan had been to live here a year and take that time to check out neighborhoods and buy a house. When it was time to renew my lease, I didn't give it a second thought - I was staying right here! I've met some wonderful families in the community. Treena, Leasing Manager, and Bruce and John in Maintenance are all good people and very professional. They are a pleasure to work with, and any minor problem I have had has been addressed immediately. I look forward to spending another year with this team. read more

Best place we've ever lived, after having stayed in 19 - that's right, 19, different apartment complexes. This is truly an "apartment/home community". Melissa, the Manager and Jayson and his maintenance crew are fantastic. As a manager, Melissa is outgoing, sensitive to your requests for information and/or help, and professional in every way. The management office is in a beautiful building and the warm welcome you receive from everyone who works here is authentic. - As for the apartment we live in, it's lovely. The landscaping here is not the usual that you see in complexes everywhere. It's artfully designed and scrupulously maintained. - That's the best part for me and my husband: just looking out the window and enjoying the view. - There are so many amenities that I can't list them. Like I said, we are homebodies and enjoy just being inside our spacious, beautifully designed home. But there are family activities provided by the staff, a lavish pool area that makes you feel like you're at a resort. Most importantly, this is a very safe place to live and raise your family.
