It's gotten so bad that the beginning of the carpet leading to my bedroom and living room is just soaking in water. To top it all off, I brought up the issue of mold from this water and then came and "fixed" it. There was no fix, I'm sure they just painted over it, and honestly I would've let it go if they had actually fixed the hvac. But no, after like 3 service request the hvac is still leaking and pooling water, great!! Secondly! I've been trying to break my lease on official military orders and have hit a wall every single time. My rent isn't even prorated like it's supposed to be for my last month, these guys are trying charging me full month's rent when I'm not even gonna be here for half a month. Crazy right? I know, and unfortunately, I might even have to get legal involved, which is why my rating is so low.
