How do you mess up a cash sale? How do you not do anything you're being paid to do and end up causing the closing to be postponed several times? How do you sign for a trackable fedex envelope with closing papers & claim you never received them? How do you then turn around and say the seller signed the wrong papers? We signed what you sent us! How do you hold on to a sellers funds for several days after receiving the final HUD? This company has been holding our money for almost a week now and even after SEVERAL phone calls & emails has still not released funds. Today they will be hearing from our attorney!
