Being in the military for over 13 yrs, I have only rented, and this is the absolute first time I have been charged for pictures being hung up, not to mention, pictures previous tenants hung. They will take your money. Literally steal it, and there is nothing you can do about it. Stay away and RENTER BEWARE! They will rake you over the coals when it's time to send you your money back. Office staff and maintenance staff are excellent, answering each question and addressing each issue…read morequickly upon becoming advised on a matter. Only issue would be with some tenants. No major problems. A number don't pick up after their dogs. Some ignore the stop sign in the middle of the parking lot. Not all, though, as it was run into and the sign is now gone. Also, despite signs to the contrary, washers and dryers in the laundry room apparently are often overfilled, as there are often some out of commission. But these are fixed relatively quickly. The exercise room is very nice for a complex this size. The apartment complex is located in a semi-wooded area, on the site of a former golf course. It is just down the hill from a Dillon's grocery store and about the same distance from a Walmart. Also only a block away from a nice little park. All in all a fair price for a two bedroom two bath apartment in a desirable area.
