His staff was extremely friendly and Dr. Cesar explained everything very well, so my 13-year-old understood what was going on and felt comfortable with the procedure. A few months later, I broke a toe and never heard back from the doctor that urgent care referred me to. So I called Dr. Cesar, and his office got me in promptly. They took x-rays, and he advised me to tape it and stay off of it. A few weeks later it was still causing pain, so I went back and it turned out a fragment of bone had now detached. He recommended surgery; the staff was fantastic about communicating with me about what I needed and helped me coordinate with my primary care doctor for pre-op authorization. (Ronda was particularly helpful had lots of great advice about what things would be useful while I recuperated.) One thing I appreciate it is that Dr. Cesar does not appear to push unnecessary treatments. My fiancé came with me to a postop visit and happened asked about a particular treatment for neuropathy in his feet. Dr. Cesar asked him a couple of questions and said no, that treatment wouldn't do much to help him. I appreciated his honesty very much.

Rude, obnoxious, unhelpful garbage. I went in for a routine follow-up appointment. I had no issues…read morechecking in or with the staff at all, but then after patiently waiting the doctor comes in with a totally uncalled for attitude, speaking in a derogatory tone, questioning why I'm there and what I want from him. Just incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I had to ask "Have I offended you somehow?" I wound up saying that he was being incredibly obnoxious and I walked out of the office and building. Yes, there are occasional long waiting times, but no more than usual at a doctor's office. I've usually only experienced this when I've been in for walk-in appointments (which are super convenient!). Dr. Yoon and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. She tells things like they are, which I really appreciate - I'm not a fan of doctors who sugar-coat things. An additional benefit of having been with her for so long is that she knows me, and the type of person I am, which she takes into consideration when I have appointments. She gives me my options and will openly discuss them, including what she thinks is the best option for me. I also never feel like just another patient - I think she has a great 'bedside' manner. While I lived out of state for school, she was very easy to get in touch with and would even take the time talk to me on the phone. I'm very sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience, but I think that Dr. Yoon and her practice are great! I would recommend them to anyone.
