I randomly saw a video online about someone visiting a Pepperidge Farm Outlet store.. and that…read morecaused me to go down a rabbit hole on where they were located. Luckily, I had an event close to Lancaster that allowed me to make this quick stop to check this place out. It's located next to a Disney outlet store, too! Pepperidge Farm is a classic snack staple in many households, and I was really excited to see what offerings and discounts they had. They had gift baskets, bulk items, discounted Goldfish crackers, cookies and more! My favorite area was the freezer section, where they had puff pastry sheets in bulk (at a fairly good discount), frozen soups, lasagnas, and more. If you end up purchasing their Pepperidge Farm reusable bag and bring it back for future purchases, you get 15% off each time (on top of all discounts). There's plenty of good deals here, as I maybe got about 5 boxes of puff pastry sheets and 5 bags of cookies + goldfish for about $35! The staff here are super friendly and show you around, and there's a lot of interesting flavors and even gift baskets for people to check out. As you walk around, you forget that Pepperidge Farm also makes things like stuffing, bread, and other items. Everything is neatly placed, and it's super relaxing to walk around and browse everything. Check it out if you can!

I brushed that off, but then she pulled out her personal cell and started talking to a friend right in front of me. She didn't tell me it was time to pay, speak to me, or even look at me. When I paid, she grabbed the receipt and waved it at me, still not even looking my direction while talking on the phone about plans with a friend. I said "have a nice day" trying to be friendly, in case she was having a bad day, and still no response. Horrible service. Don't work in retail if you can't provide good customer service.

When I went to pick up our order, Amanda provided us with a gluten-free substitute dessert for one of the box lunches and helped me load the lunches into my car. We will definitely order from Oregon Dairy again!

A lot to see and do with the kids and overall a great family friendly atmosphere that's safe and has a little something for everyone , young and old . They have the coolest market with a lot of local produce, baked goods, jams, and fruit butters. A bulk candy section and fair prices. The model toy train is so cute and is a bonus for kids of all ages to watch. It goes around the track at the top of the store and also runs through a track in their sit down restaurant. I will say we decided to eat dinner there and we had the salad bar, and sandwiches. Salad bar had fresh options and delicious soups that tasted homemade. My only disappointment was, Sadly, the eggs in the sandwiches we ordered tasted premade and reheated, not made to order scrambled eggs and they tasted like they could have been powdered? Overall though, it was a nice time. The restaurant is also family friendly and accessible for those with disabilities that may require a wheelchair. The staff seemed friendly and our service was very good. Not a long wait time. Overall it's a wonderful establishment and the market is incredibly loaded to the rafters with goodies sure to please everyone. The Ice cream for dessert was delicious too. I would recommend Oregon Dairy. Not just for the great market and gift shop, but it's a cool place to bring the kids with an outdoor playground area and different seasonal activities.
