Best Grocery Store I've ever been to. While they don't have everything, they do have a lot of snacks, drinks, food, dairy, and vegetables. Sharp Shopper also has a great selection of frozen goods. The best part, everything is cheap dirt cheap. For example, some boxes of cereal are $0.99, yogurt, 4 for $1.00. The Leola Sharp Shopper has things the Ephrata Sharp Shopper doesn't have and vice versa.

Great selection at low prices. I go regularly for staples and snacks! Love it. Prices are super good, too.

If you don't know about Lantz's, then you are missing out on one of the best discount grocers in the area. It is owned by Sam Lantz, along with his wife; Esther. Lantz's is located at; 105 Horseshoe Road in Leola, PA. The store is located very close to Route 23, and Route 772 (Newport Rd.), in Leola Lantz's carries a full line of bulk food items, including a great supply of baking supplies, including cake, cookie and cupcake decorations that include; sprinkles, candy decors, and sanding sugars of all kinds! A large variety of spices and herbs is a welcome surprise along the shelves. Don't forget to check out the walk in cooler to your right, after you enter the store. That is where you will find a nice variety of cheeses that are cut to order, along with fresh produce, dairy items, and baked goods. Bargain produce items, and baked goods from Lil' s Bakery, are always something that you will find at Lantz's. Each week there is usually a new special so it is a good idea to stop by each week to see what Sam has on sale. Lantz's caries all of the usual grocery store type items; canned goods, frozen foods, household cleaners, etc.. In addition to the usual items, you can also find boxed greeting cards, Silly Bandz, and more. Be sure to check out the Bible poster that Lantz's carries, it contains all the books of the Bible in full, on one poster! Hard to believe, but stop in and see it for yourself.

Luckily, I had an event close to Lancaster that allowed me to make this quick stop to check this place out. It's located next to a Disney outlet store, too! Pepperidge Farm is a classic snack staple in many households, and I was really excited to see what offerings and discounts they had. They had gift baskets, bulk items, discounted Goldfish crackers, cookies and more! My favorite area was the freezer section, where they had puff pastry sheets in bulk (at a fairly good discount), frozen soups, lasagnas, and more. If you end up purchasing their Pepperidge Farm reusable bag and bring it back for future purchases, you get 15% off each time (on top of all discounts). There's plenty of good deals here, as I maybe got about 5 boxes of puff pastry sheets and 5 bags of cookies + goldfish for about $35! The staff here are super friendly and show you around, and there's a lot of interesting flavors and even gift baskets for people to check out. As you walk around, you forget that Pepperidge Farm also makes things like stuffing, bread, and other items. Everything is neatly placed, and it's super relaxing to walk around and browse everything. Check it out if you can!

I brushed that off, but then she pulled out her personal cell and started talking to a friend right in front of me. She didn't tell me it was time to pay, speak to me, or even look at me. When I paid, she grabbed the receipt and waved it at me, still not even looking my direction while talking on the phone about plans with a friend. I said "have a nice day" trying to be friendly, in case she was having a bad day, and still no response. Horrible service. Don't work in retail if you can't provide good customer service.

A lot to see and do with the kids and overall a great family friendly atmosphere that's safe and has a little something for everyone , young and old . They have the coolest market with a lot of local produce, baked goods, jams, and fruit butters. A bulk candy section and fair prices. The model toy train is so cute and is a bonus for kids of all ages to watch. It goes around the track at the top of the store and also runs through a track in their sit down restaurant. I will say we decided to eat dinner there and we had the salad bar, and sandwiches. Salad bar had fresh options and delicious soups that tasted homemade. My only disappointment was, Sadly, the eggs in the sandwiches we ordered tasted premade and reheated, not made to order scrambled eggs and they tasted like they could have been powdered? Overall though, it was a nice time. The restaurant is also family friendly and accessible for those with disabilities that may require a wheelchair. The staff seemed friendly and our service was very good. Not a long wait time. Overall it's a wonderful establishment and the market is incredibly loaded to the rafters with goodies sure to please everyone. The Ice cream for dessert was delicious too. I would recommend Oregon Dairy. Not just for the great market and gift shop, but it's a cool place to bring the kids with an outdoor playground area and different seasonal activities.
