She made sure I had an appointment to fix my problem as well as medication and an estimate for my next visit. Great lady, great staff, nice office. And Jessica, the dental hygienist is excellent! I had never been to his office, but my own dentist never returned my call. (That's twice, Dr. Lyu!!) Dr. Bassin moves quietly and confidently. He told me I would feel a pinch but I never felt a thing. I honestly could have fallen asleep while he was working on me because none of his movements were jarring or rough. I am appreciative that he got me in, thankful to interact with his lovely office manager, amazed at how painless it was, and grateful his prices are fair because I didn't have my insurance card. Dr. Goodale's office was it from the moment I first spoke to the receptionist Jessica. She was friendly, patient and easy to understand, which is really saying something these days. When I got the the office and sat down with D for my x-rays, she was very comforting and communicative, laying out everything I needed to do and checking in with me throughout to make sure I was good. Then Dr. Goodale came in with great energy and an obvious desire to 1. explain everything extremely clearly and patiently and 2. make sure I was at ease and comfortable. She did my cleaning personally and took my request seriously for caution around certain sensitive areas. She even asked if I was cool with the music they had playing. And then to top if off she gave me the best cleaning I've ever had - my teeth are prone to staining so they were looking pretty rough after a year gap between my last dentist visit. I had even been told by previous hygienists they couldn't do much about the stains. Dr. Goodale got them so white my wife was actually shocked because she had forgotten I had normal teeth. Really can't recommend this place enough I just with that all healthcare providers treated their customers with such grace and empathy, not to mentioned good old fashioned skill at their profession. In the past Tavelinsky has overlooked somethings which have later caused secondary appointments to get fixed again. He is truly a nice guy and friendly AF but perhaps not as skilled yet as Worth?? I have been a patient of Dr Tavelinsky's for over 10 years and feel he is the best dentist I ever had. He is kind, caring, extremely professional and gives the most through examination I've ever had. His work is meticulous, painless and beautiful looking. I've never had any issues. He treats me and my 2 young children. I send my kids to him knowing they will receive the best dental care. My only concern of him is knowing that one day he'll retire.

But I played it smart and asked my parents to come with me, there are more than happy to do so. I met the doctor and I'm scared to death of dentist I'll fight a dragon and run from a dentist.
